DT's got a tough road ahead-she has to testify. I mean we know she doesnt have to, but she is the only other witness to the defense theory now that George shot it down.

Going out on a limb now, but after watching ICA all this time I really do think she is going to get on that stand and give the performance of her life. It almost appears that she has just been bidding her time until it was her turn to take center stage. All the “no” head shaking, smirking and faces of astonishment are about to be played out for the jury and on national TV. She has already destroyed what should have been the most precious thing in her life, so why not try to finish off the rest of her family……She will be the perfect victim framed by her family, law enforcement, expert witnesses, and or course Kronk. Have to admit I am looking forward to hearing more lies flow from her mouth. I could be wrong, but it’s MOO

Everyone stop for a moment and read this post and thank it so that I know you have read it.

Speech impediments are not to be a subject of discussion in these threads.

We have zero tolerance and these types of comments add nothing to the discussion. It is unkind to continue to point these disabilities out.

We will probably see Dr. Vass on the stand once again he has a great mind. And, HHJP is an honorable man who has devoted his life to the legal system and is brilliant.

There is absolutely no value in continuing to point out speech impediments or mispronunciation of words . Final Word on this subject. We have a rough patch ahead of us so don't be left by the dock when the ship sails.

There is not much difference from a 24 mo and 3T anyway. Unless she was a very big girl, imo, she could wear either. I don't think she was chubby at 2 1/2 years old and 3 might have even been a little big.

Ita as a mother of 3 I know that in childrens cloths you cant allways go by size. My 2 1/2 year old dd is wearing 6t but can wear some 24 month shorts just depends on how they are made.moo I also beleive ga about what he saw Calyee wearing that last day. I beleive ica changed her cloths after she died. Ica never disputed the cloths that ga said Caylee was wearing. That way she could say that "the kidnaper" had her and changed her cloths. moo I hope that made sense.

Nope... nor shoes, nor anything she was REPORTED TO BE wearing when she left the house

In asking about the shoes, the other day, it was because the testimony of the computer store guy came to mind. If indeed he did see Casey with Caylee lagging fairly far behind and one of the two looking angry, at one of the big box stores at around 4:00 PM on June 16th, 2008, then perhaps Caylee had a potty accident in the store and Casey changed her clothes, with the backup clothing, in the car and left her shoes to dry out. But, instead of putting Caylee in her car seat maybe dear old mom was in a hurry to get to Tony's and having no one to come to her rescue for babysitting just put Caylee in the trunk, chloroform, duck tape and heat of June. Then, later when she checked on Caylee she was long dead.

Now, what to do? Drive around with her in the trunk until she figures out a good complicated plan...ah, she was abducted and kidnapped and because I didn't comply they kill her and leave her to rot. Now, to make it really look like a murder.

Now, for the Big Question: Did she plead for Daddy to give her ideas, to help her out of this horrible jam and maybe to dispose of Caylee for her?

Was it her/their intention for Caylee to never be found or did she/they indeed enlist the help of RK to "discover" the remains after most of the evidence was destroyed by the elements but would still appear as a murder by Zanny and Company?

If Daddy (GA) did help her out of this jam...it would seem more likey and in light of this new witness, that it was after the fact when he felt it was the only way to keep ICA from the DP. It would seem that she may have said something to make GA feel sympathy for her...like Caylee accidently drowned or suffocated in the hot car and that ICA didn't know what to do and now (by then) it was too late...no one would believe it was an accident. I can't see GA going along with it from minute, even day one or two, if he honestly believed it was an accident.

This guy could be claiming something that is not true. It might be interesting to see if this prisoner contacted the defense and and what proof there is to this allegation.

I'm thinking this Vasco character says that GA contacted him but there's no actual proof of it. Is he still in jail? How is he saying GA contacted him? You just can't call a inmate in jail and ask to speak to him.

My bet is more defense bologna.
