Warning: contains elements of death process.

ICA probably changed Caylee's clothes right after she died, as her little body eliminated matter in her colon and in her bladder. ICA probably used whatever she had at hand in her car, or acquired some money somewhere to buy some clothes.

Aqua

It reminds me of when Casey said "they haven't even found her clothes yet" like she had tossed some of her clothing items somewhere. Caylee wore pullups so would she have soiled her clothing?

I agree. Pulease. They just find this out now? Really? Sorry, but I'm calling BS. Seems like "trial-by-ambush", and we all know that CJBP does not tolerate that. :gavel:

ETA: Coming from WESH? Really? I don't have very much faith in their reporting. Remember how JB got fired? 'Nuff said.

it is not wesh... it was channel 9 (wftv).. wesh live blog posts all reporter tweets from the courtroom...

I agree that the deposition on this guy should be interesting! I mean really!!

OK this is trial by hijacking and you can bet that the State will be filing motions to depose these witnesses or at least for proffer. This is not going to fly unless there is proof. And coming from WESH the Defense Team's favorite news source well I'll stop there. I hope the judge comes down very hard on the Defense for these games.

Ok......why would GA try to contact this guy? Does he live close, where he could have been blamed? Did GA think he could give him hints? I mean wth kind of story could the DT come up with for why GA would attempt to call him anyway?

He was released in 2004. No jail records.

Yep, the original post has now been edited to include...time to scour their cell phone records and to add to that...their land lines, too....if that can be done...

if she died in the car, their would be signs of her matter in and I did not hear anyone testify to that,so Caylee had to died somewhere else.unless i missed something

Possible if in a rush or maybe Caylee threw up on herself or spilled a drink or food on herself.

Yes, I saw your link to WESH - and saw that the tweets say "channel 9 is reporting". I checked their site, and they are not reporting any such thing. I still call BS! :gavel:

:snooty: I just don't buy it. Too convenient. Too hinky. Too far past the deadline to add witnesses. Well, you get the idea.

Does anyone know of a site where supporters of the defense are blogging/chatting/discussing the trial?

I'm sure we're all supporters of a fair trial. I don't want to go anywhere & start an argument. I just want to try to understand the thinking from that side of the case.

I have seen some posts in favor of the defense but it was an astrology related website. I won't say where because the person who started the conversation was very belligerent to anyone who thought Casey was guilty. It took everything I had not to respond again - the person claimed to have followed the case but was convinced George was 100% guilty. Her mis-information was incredible so I just gave up on trying to insert actual facts. Oh, and she thought the DT was doing a fantastic job.

It could be entertaining to read others - but I warn you they may make you want to throw your computer against the wall.

Regarding this alleged phone call by GA to this VDT: If I were a juror - at this point in the trial, anticipating hearing the DT's case - the last thing in the world you want to present me with is a convicted felon claiming that GA contacted him WITHOUT having any valid proof, such as phone records, to back it up because I would see it exactly for what it is - (1) An insult to my intelligence and (2) a down-right dirty defense team willing to do anything (and I mean anything...) to get their guilty client off. If this DT doesn't have the phone records to back this claim up, they better not put this guy on the stand because it will (and I can't wait until it does) backfire in their face! JMO ~

I read two different astrology sites and I think the person you are referring to is the same person on these sites. VERY aggravating, I agree.

Gotta wonder who would drop this little gem with the press. It wouldn't be those that suffered a defeat today would it? Good God they can try this dirty pool but rest assured our Court System will not allow this tactic. This guy will be deposed and it won't be pretty.

Maybe they will try to say that GA first thought this guy might be a good candidate for "finding" Caylee's remains...then they somehow decided against that and enlisted RK.

I think the defense will open with Casey Anthony tomorrow. They will have her testify to what happened on June 16th ONLY - describe the drowning etc.

Then the State will only be able to cross on that topic only.

I bet she will say after Caylee drowned George told her to leave and not come back for a while and that he would take care of everything.

She will just say she was afraid of him.

But I can see the state asking "why are you afraid of him" -

and then the abuse will come in.

We need to ask the Attorneys. It was my understanding that the only witnesses they can add at this point are those that impeach the testimony of witnesses that have appeared under the prosecution's case. So I have to wonder if this is allowed.

Well..one time while googling...I came upon a site called something like "The JB Mission"

I kid you not....it was...interesting to say the least. You could start there.

The state would be limited to their cross....but not in questions going to impeachment....which would probably take a week.
