My mother passed away suddenly on Sunday and will be buried Friday.

She loved children, her whole life was devoted to children, grand-children and now great-grandchildren. Her great-granddaughter was born the same year as Caylee to a mother the same age ICA was. I'm sure she is with Caylee and will make sure her murderer is brought to justice.

After this sudden loss, NONE of the many members of my family reacted in any way resembling the reactions of ICA. None of us could have gone to Blockbuster to rent a movie the same day. The emptiness cannot be filled - it would have been evident to those around her if ICA had any emotion for Caylee at all.

Local Channel 6 just now interviewed Dr. Werner Spitz....very interesting!
I hope they'll have a link up soon--he stated that he believes the body was moved, etc.

That's why the SA held the botanist, i bet. I wish I wasn't so excited to see the <modsnip> circus!

OT a little...but Casey's "look" this entire trial (hair, clothing, neatness factor) etc. have been an epic fail, IMO. If her defense itself comes off as poorly as the image contructed for her by her team, she is really done for.

She really ought to hack that hair off before she gets to Lowell. Someone might just strangle her with it.

The best part is the a WSer already did the legwork that the DT didn't do and jumped the gun and threw it into the media.
Now we get to sit back and watch them backpedal when they actually do the research that has already been done here and realize how ridiculous they are AGAIN.

The Casey Anthony defense team recently sent an investigator to talk to Thompson, but he would not cooperate.

I'm thinking it's a case of the wrong or old number. Also, they should know whether GA called this guy or the guy called GA. Either way, I still bet this is much ado about NOTHING.

Nice to know what Jeremiah Lyons has been doing with the money of the good citizens of Florida. HHJP might want to lay off continuing to hand out investigative hours like candy IMO.

My husband only started paying attention to this case when the trial began (three years of eye-rolling before that--lol). He already thinks this is a bizarre case. Yesterday I told him: "You ain't seen nothin yet, just wait till the defense presents!"

There is nobody in the entire world that can understand their grief, feeling of failure and fear but them. Perhaps that has brought them closer together and I think little Caylee's prayers from Heaven have helped too...

I hope you're right. I won't pretend to know what they're going through right now. And I don't approve of or condone the actions the Anthony's have taken during the last three years.

Tomorrow will be very hard for them, as I'm sure today was hard for them. Today marks the last time CA saw her granddaughter and they know tomorrow marks the day which Caylee left this life for the next. And I'm sure they both know that Caylee did not die accidentally now. If they had come to that conclusion earlier this wouldn't be so excruciating. It would still be painful but wouldn't be so intense. But since they have only known the truth for a little while they must be reeling at these anniversaries.

The DT is grasping at straws to pass out so some will continue to drink THEIR koolade. We all know there is poison in that koolade. It's not going to work, the SA is all over this latest trick and will quickly dispute it. The best they can hope for is for ICA not to get the DP Imo

At the end of the acquital hearing who was Jb texting. I thought to myself they just got a denial and now he is texting???? Maybe a friendly reporter or an ex defense buddy who may be doing an interview or two ?? I am like the judge I DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THE DEFENSE SAYS

I think this is EXACTLY what LDB was referring to yesterday when she tried to make sure there would be no BOMBSHELLS and JB took offense...yeah, right. This is a PRIME EXAMPLE of their sneaky tactics. Dear Lord just give me strength to get through this next week. :banghead:

I think this is why people get so upset with defense attorneys. I understand defending your client vigorously. In fact, I think it is vital to our Constitution. But being unscrupulous and underhanded is what gets people angry.

Has anyone seen CM try a case before? He just comes off to me as in the throes of senility and I am having a hard time seeing how he is such a prominent and respected attorney.

Correct me if I am wrong did Mr. B need a Death Pen Lawyer as he was not allowed to try a Death P case, if this is correct that is why Mr. CM is there, and I agree not trying to be rude by any means, I am getting up there in years, but he is getting a little too old for what he is doing, as he has bad hearing, and he loses his train of thought often, but I still say, he is going to write a book, and it probably will be good, because he will tell all the juicy behind the court scenes of Miss Casey, as I am 100% convinced he knows she is GUILTY as SIN!!!
