What do you reckon it means that George's attorney calls Casey "the defendant"?

Hopefully it means that GA & CA have accepted that Casey, and Casey alone, is responsible for Caylee's death and are at a place where they know they can love Casey but let her go and focus on getting themselves some help to heal and move on with their lives. I pray.

I've never heard of CM before trial, but I've seen him do the very few things with respect to ICA's defense that I actually thought was smart.

That said, sometimes he seems not "quite right", imo. I don't mean that to be snarky or anything...I honestly thought it might be a health issue or something. Like maybe moments of lucidity and moments of...well, not lucidity?

I always enjoy reading your "mock jurer" perspective, because I had intended to be a "mock jurer" as well...but I got too nosy (bad habit of mine) and started reading past information. I know not even 1/10th of what most others here know, but I know enough that I can no longer watch the trial objetively.
