Yep.I'll go by what Bill S. stated after court ended. He thought today was fairly uneventful. Not what you'd expect if you were starting your CIC (if you were the defense), especially, IMO, after a powerful presentation of evidence by the State. The jury wants to hear him prove his OS. I don't see where he is winning anything. The State admitted to the lab person's dna being on the tape. That was most of the day. IIRC, the State didn't make much of a reference to the puffy heart. Jose called more attention to it than was necessary.
Baez got what he wanted out of the "relationship" though, so I don't think he cares about KC's fate at all, he's just going through the motions.
I respect alternative viewpoints, but I'd like to know what trial they watched to think Baez was affective.
Perhaps I missed something.
