As much as I appreciate the attorneys who comment on this case, there are all kinds of attorneys. If you have followed his career, which some on this board have posted, he got in by the skin of his teeth, imo.
You can have Clarence Darrow's and you can have JB's in every profession.
He hasn't shown me that he is a force to be reckoned with yet. :seeya:

Well, that show's how little I know. I have NO idea who Clarence Darrow is and I wasn't really defending Baez, I just feel for him that's all. I have not followed his career like most of you have. I apologize for my posts. I didn't mean to offend any of you. It's obvious you all pay much closer attention to the details than I do or probably ever will. I was just trying to join in.

Unfortunately, I'll be out of town after tomorrow for a week, and I don't know how much I'll be able to watch. I want to watch as much as possible, however, I'll be visiting my aunt who is terminally ill (on the upside she may be watching as she loves this kind of stuff).

Mr. Vasco Thompson has retained Matt Morgan from Morgan & Morgan as his new attorney to handle this "situation"

I think it is his son. They have been running commercials now with both of the sons now included in the firm.

IMO, there is something about the relationship between CMA and CM that is creepy -- lots of smiles, raised brows, beckoning crooked fingers, CMA posing.

It would appear that personal space and no touch policies are not in effect in the courtroom.

After FINALLY passing the bar ,JB had to wait 8 years before he was allowed into the FL Bar Association. He flaunted the law by not paying court ordered child support so they wouldn't let him in.I think there's more,but I don't want to mis-speak.
His client was spending hours with him every day while she was out on bail. Turned out she sold the rights to pics and videos of Caylee to ABC for $200,000 . That's how her defense was funded until it ran out.
The list of JB hinkiness goes on and on and it's all public record.

OMG -- that would be terrible -- can't imagine starting over -- ugh -- not to mention I really like HHJBP. I think he is very fair and so far, I do not see any partiality -- JIMO.

It was his choice to defend her, he knows that she is a liar and he gets right up in court and IMO makes a total a$$ of himself. No sympathy for him or any other attorney who chooses to defend clients that they think are guilty and/or are lying to them.

I agree....he took it on himself. Maybe he really believe KC on her claim of a drowning though. Who knows what he believes? I agree on the questioning of the ethics of such attorneys, but every client has the right to an attorney.

and ... alllllll those photos Baez showed of the miscellaneous garbage ... empty bottles and cans looked NOTHING like a sweet little puffy red heart sticker ... major contrast ... my mind did not make any comparison to any of the other yucky trash collected and the heart sticker ... if I'm a juror, I would still think it is possible that the defendant put that puffy red heart sticker (on cardboard) out there with Caylee's remains....

I think JB also knew this case would be sensationalized (with all do respect) and that either way the case goes, he would become rich and famous, as there is nothing to prevent him from writing his story. JIMO

I really have not paid this close attention to a trial or case like this either. That being said, does anyone think that Baez is just going off all of the lies KC is telling the defense team and just trying to make the most sane statements out of such insane statements from her?
I have watched Baez and I agree with most here that he looks like a (take your pick of words) but he had to have done something right to become a lawyer. In a way, I feel for him that he is stuck with KC.

He has never been stuck with ICA,just the opposite. He is not a court appointed attorney or a public defender.
He's a publicity seeking (unusual person) who wants to be called a high profile atty. He does not have the experience for this and has done his client an injustice pretending otherwise. She's had the Dream Team of lawyers over the last 3 years,but JB never lets go of the reins. :banghead:

Truly. This is JUST my opinion-after 3 years, and I'd like to vent a bit. Read or not-It just feels good being able to say my piece.

#1 Bielive that Casey killed her daughter. It is my personal belief that Kacey drugged her daughter, so she could go party.

I also think that Casey, wanted to HURT her parents BIG TIME. And, so she did.
I think that absolutely NOBODY was involved in the death of Caylee Anthony, other then Caylee's Mother Casey.

I think that SOMEHOW, George and Cindy Anthony raised a Monster.

I don't think that it's their fault. I honestly think that she was born and programmed somehow, to have no feelings-no matter-how much love and kindness and acceptence, her parents gave her.

Kacy Anthony, will be a STUDY for many future scientists to come.

That will be her end-legacy. A Cold and Cruel-Person-Who Defies all logic.

A close family who welcomed her child-without knowing who the father was-and gave Casey-so much freedom to work at her imaginary job, while they took care of her child.

For The immediate Anthony Clan. It is AMAZING-how they ignored flagrant signs-of their daughter, being pregnant. We're talking about a nurse and a cop? Hello?

Then there is Casey's, Brother who believes, everything his Sister says to him?

To make it all better. Casey's attorney-Mr. Jose Baez-
Yells out to the WORLD- that Casey's Father is a fricken, dispicable pervert, who's been putting his dick in Caysey's mouth since she was 8 years old.

I am beyond disgusted at Jose Baez and that "hard of hearing" old lawyer Cheny Mason.

With, all of that. There is the possibility, that good Old George, may throw himself on the fire to save his daughter.

Well. In My Opinion, that just makes him the CHUMP of the decade.

He claims she's like a "grand-daughter" to him but it doesn't seem like that kind of relationship to me. :crazy:
