I LOVE LOVE LOVE when JA uses Jose's charts....lol

She just said no DNA because decomp would destroy it.

Juror 4 took few notes during the prosecution, but a lot for defense. Just watched her turn to a new page of her pad.

God I hate that. We have a real chance of this being a hung jury. I wouldn't be terribly surprised if Juror 4 hangs it.

Baez is pizzed cos JA gonna write on his board!

I just explained why. If he paid for dinner, that's a no-no. If she paid for her own, it's still the perception to the public that's important. That is not acceptable ethically for any government employee.

Worked for the office of the AF Auditor General for several years and can verify that this is considered a huge no-no by them! Even the appearance of partiality is cause for suspicion and so important that it's almost their mantra.

This witness is really fighting JA. She's not as comfortable with him.

As high a profile case that this is, I hardly think she would allow anyone to pay for her dinner. She pays for her own and puts it on her expense report to be reimbursed either for what she paid or per diem (allowed amount for that meal). Personally, I really don't care who paid but because some do, I firmly believe she was very careful about such things. It's not worth losing her job over.

OMG look how rumpled his giant pad of paper is now! :floorlaugh:

Did everyone stampede out to lunch, knock it down and run over it? :floorlaugh:

If I were a juror I'd want her to speak in plain language instead of all this technical stuff...no worries tho, JA will pull it out of her eventually.

Is it possible she could end up being an alternate?

#CaseyAnthony Ashton now using Baez's chart from earlier DNA lesson and saying "What does this really mean?"

#CaseyAnthony Seubert: The likelhood of finding DNA diminishes as the body starts to decompose
by amandaoberwesh via twitter at 12:54 PM

Seubert says her tests can ONLY say if there was blood or not. Not show if it's decomp fluid. #CaseyAnthony -jfell
