Sort of OT but not really. I was searching the tv and saw on ID at 10 there's a story about Baby Grace. Remember her? Beautiful 2 year old found in a box. Unidentified. LE must have known that a non-reported 2 year old not reported must have been killed by a family member. Her mother and mom's bf were convicted of it...this goes exactly to Dr. Gs points about a toddler not reported missing and found in a trash bag = homicide.

She ( wendy) was trying I believe to make the point that the system allows JB to perpetuate rumors like LA and GA committed incest without there being any consequence to JB. That on some level it becomes more about twisting the rules and power. I think she is making a larger point. I just tried to make a very similar point on the ask a lawyer thread. I guess it is a difficult point to make.

Wendy and I try to make the point to be this, When asked " are you still beating your wife" type question it shouldn't be allowed. There should be a consequence like sanctioning JB in this case. I think that instead of JA and DT fighting tooth and nail they should just simply say, "of course we check out any claims of sex abuse including incest and these claims are unfounded" Again it is a greater point, to stop false accusations, not just against GA and LA but throughout the system. Pull JB's license for a year or fine him 100,000 and I bet you he never does it again or any other lawyer for that matter.

What I am rolling my eyes over however, is Wendy's speed-of-light mood swings regarding this case.

First, as I said earlier, she was very anti ICA. Thought all the pieces pointed to her being guilty as sin.

Just recently, once the incest allegations started to be heard "out loud", she has been very pro-ICA. But as I say she comes across in other cases almost as a militant that any woman who ever makes these claims should NEVER be doubted, as if anyone who ever questions is evil.

And let's face it. We don't ever want a true victim of rape/incest to ever be afraid to report it for fear of not being believed. However, that being said, there certainly ARE instances where a woman may feel she can use that defense to her advantage to gain custody, a restraining order, a civil case, whatever. It DOES happen. But these cases need to be investigated, and if prosecutors feel there is no true merit - they ought to be able to say so.

Now, that the defense has shown it's slimy hand in several other key areas of this case, with the latest being throwing clearly non-connected Vasco Thompson under the bus, Wendy is rethinking her stance yet again. Militantly.

Her head is spinning and I fear she may need therapy once this is all over.

I wonder where LKB is tonight. She was the one who contacted the bug guy on the 11th of Dec. She has been all over the shows and tonight something where she was involved and she is not around. What is up with that.

I was wondering if she was on Prime News or JVM but I refuse to watch them since she came aboard.

Introducing Vasco Thompson as guest on the show tonight.....NG wants to know how he's been dragged into this case, just like ZG was.

VT: Is thankful to talk to NG to try to straighten this out. Does not know GA. Does not know why he's been dragged into this. Is trying to find out how this happened. Totally crazy for the last 2-3 weeks. Thinks they're trying to accuse him of hiding Caylee's body. Was put on defense witness list without even being talked to.

VT's lawyer, Matt Morgan, is now speaking for him. NG asking him if defense plan was to use VT as the "golden nugget" since VT's phone number shows up on GA's cell phone records and VT has a criminal record.

MM: A few calls back and forth in 2008 around the time Caylee went missing that somehow made a connection between GA & MM. VT didn't have number he currently has in 2008. VT did not have that phone number then.

NG bringing up what happened to Zenaida Gonzalez........

MM: This whole thing began with Casey bringing in ZG, our firm representing her, and now is ending with VT.

NG also bringing up how VT became so concerned he, a convicted felon, called police.........

Yes tonight on JVM she is foaming at the mouth at the defense tactics that have been brought to light like VT and the witness today expanding into areas he clearly did not list on his report etc etc. Saying it ought not to be allowed and there ought to be consequenses. I think it's making her doubt her support of poor little ICA and the incest nonesense. Not a pretty sight.

Perhaps this is why HHJP told the attorneys to meet with him at 8:30 tomorrow....to straighten them out. Although Baez is the one that was texting, he is going to tell them all at once, so this doesn't happen again.

I hope he addresses the Defendant's apparent texting, as well.
