2011.06.17. HLN - 'In Session' News Coverage - Caylee Anthony Case

Doesn't one of the revolving lawyers in this case, (I can't recall which one...DS, AL, somebody) run a business of offering this very service. Online aid to lawyers trying court cases?

Perhaps this is why HHJP told the attorneys to meet with him at 8:30 tomorrow....to straighten them out. Although Baez is the one that was texting, he is going to tell them all at once, so this doesn't happen again.

I hope he addresses the Defendant's apparent texting, as well.
She's texting too!???
GMAB! Why does she get to do that, and better yet, who the heck would she be texting to?:loser:

I have no idea why that is allowed. I'm sure he's texting LKB..who is he, Cyrano De Bergerac?? It seems to me an attorney should have to be on the record and present if they are trying the case which it seems LKB or whoever is.

What's more is that she apparently was "consulting" on the case before she filed a Notice of Appearance. Just sitting by like a spider - waiting.

She called Dr Huntington on 12/11/08.

She didn't file Notice of Appearance as an attorney on the case until 12/12/08.

Guess once the body was found, they decided they needed help against "junk science".

So Dr. Henry Lee says blood is a component of decomposition bodily fluids. Hmm.

Continuing with more testimony from today's witness

Dr. Henry Lee: General public will think it's very strange to hire expert before remains found, but it's common practice. JB was the one who contacted him not Casey. I examined the car, if bag was sealed odor should not come out, so many inconsistencies there, scientific evidence not that conclusive, no tissue, blood. Not necessary for blood, just body fluids.....blood is a component of decomposition.

Jason Byrd, forensic entomologist: TOD can be determined, along with knowing life stage, larvae, type of insects, etc. Without these components estimation can become very difficult.

Dr. Lee: Cannot get COD (sorry, can't understand everything he's saying)

I get frustrated with Dr. Lee, I just don't understand him. Not trying to be mean just can't understand his affect.

Well, I actually missed almost 4 hours today; I went and met my boss and his wife for a long lunch. I read on one of today's trial threads (can't remember if it was morning or afternoon) that ICA was texting and hiding the phone in a folder, to make it look like she's reading.

I don't know if it's true or not, but if JB can do it, surely she can too, right? :innocent:

I can understand Henry Lee for some reason. I think I watched him so much during the OJ trial.

Does Matt Morgan not look just like his dad or what? So cute!

His brother does too. Within the last month or two they have both been in the ad's on TV for the law firm. I am guessing his parents gave him this case to cut his teeth on. They have some very amusing ad's.

Please tell my garbage can that it shouldn't smell since everything I put in there is in plastic bags....

IMO there are so many reasons that this case could go to appeal if she is convicted. I'm afraid we have a very long list.

Is Dr Lee going to testify for the defense!

I ddin't get to watch either...
But, she probably can.:banghead:
Personally, I wish she had to sit there in shackles and handcuffs!
Thanks for your input.:seeya:

The dog one's absolutely crack me up!

Interesting how he states something......and neglects to indicate that the "blood" would NOT be in the condition that a lay person would recognize!

Decomposition fluid is FLUID of the body that is decomposed, denatured, damaged, destroyed, NOT usable for human life support....just a detail HCL, Ph. D "left out", IMHO
