They only way Timmy got anywhere was standing on the shoulders of giants - such as Dr Haskell, and to dismiss Dr Vass the way he did was outrageous, I hope that comes back to bite him and Baez on the azz one day.

His disdain for Dr. Vass is all too evident and it would appear he doesn't care for Dr.Haskell ,either.Both were up front,non evasive and confident. This guy? Not so much.

Maybe Haskell flunked him.

I was wondering too...He was WAY over confident, under-prepared, and was so quick to say 'I know better than those old dudes' (IMO)...He seemed to have a serious grudge OR he's in love with ol' Duct Tape Dolly?
Maybe promised something afterward if she 'gets off'?

I remember guys like this in High School AP classes---Confident to the point of delusion.

I just listened to Bill Shaefer's remarks on today's testimony. He said that at the end of the day, this witness didn't really further the defense's case. He said that Dr. Huntington and Dr. Haskell's opinions are basically the same as brought out by Jeff Ashton.

Except, this guy Huntington said that there was no body in the trunk. He says that 'it makes no sense in terms of the evidence he saw.'

His reasons are no flies, just 1 leg. And the stain did not 'look' in the photo like a decomp stain.

I agree, I find it appalling that any attorney would have the B@lls to take their phone with them and use it during a trial to question a witness. I just don't see how that is proper court room etiquette and how that is legal..I have been told it is legal for LKB to be texting him..I just don't see how when she is not even on the DT anymore. Assuming that she is the one he is texting. And why is Dorthy Sim's even there? She is the medical expert and has done nothing but babysit Casey. Baez has first chair and he will end up putting Casey in the electric chair if he doesn't get his act together and have her throw herself to the mercy of the court... And I hope Judge Perry doesn't feel sorry for the Anthony's come sentencing time..Cindy played a big part in this cover up and lied to LE as well...she destroyed evidence from the car and gave the FBI the wrong tooth brush. The only person I feel sorry for is Caylee..she is the only one that was duct taped/chloroformed/triple bagged/, and dumped like trash 15 housed down from the Anthony home near Casey's pet cemetary... JMO :cow:

Geez, the difference between the State's expert witness and Defense expert witnesses is overwhelming. I know the State has more money to work with, but it's almost embarrassing to see how personable, confident, engaging, honest the State's experts were and then we have....well- Defense "experts".

Bill S. said JA should have mentioned that Haskell was his teacher, but I'm thinking JA did NOT want the jury to associate their expert witness with this joke guy. I love how JA basically laughed this guy off the stand at the end. ha

I completely agree with you. I don't often disagree with Bill S., but I do on this. Ashton was smart to not bring it up. He demolished Huntington on the stand, he didn't need to put him in the same category as Dr Haskell.
