Why is he yelling? He can make his points without yelling at the witness. That doesn't come across well to the jury.

Glad I'm not the only one that bugs. He was really worked up a while ago. Calmed and now is getting worked up. I know I said this earlier, he's right in what he says but he doesn't need to drop to the DT level by getting mad or coming across rude. That distracts the jury from what he is saying.
