I haven't heard any testimony about there being flood waters where the remains were. Did I miss it?

:seeya: A hurricane went through in Aug 2008. The area where Caylee's remains were found was under water for several weeks. Hope that helps.

So...Dr. Huntington knows his mentor testified the body was in the trunk for 3 to 5 days before being thrown on the garbage dump, and he knows the area was submerged in water for several weeks.

Wow. Why is Judge Perry allowing this witness to talk about the decomp process, botony, regional language dialects etc.?!

Hearing that the jurors are taking so many notes with this witness, the broad range of topics he's being allowed to testify to etc. is making me sick.

I hope and pray this jury isn't swayed by this. I hope the defense calls Dr. Vass back to talk about how the stain could have occured, been cleaned etc. and Dr. Haskell to refute the testimony of this witness.

The witness says the only early colonizers were from the bag itself proving the body was moved. His opinion is they'd be in much greater numbers otherwise.
