:seeya: A hurricane went through in Aug 2008. The area where Caylee's remains were found was under water for several weeks. Hope that helps.

I remember that from reading here, but I haven't heard about that in any testimony yet.
 
Just say yes or NO, he's on my last nerve with his long winded answers!

This dude is nervous - he's going into professor mode to cover up his lack of being able to be definite about what an "early stage" of decomposition is.
