So I guess since JB only had ONE witness out there waiting that we can expect for him to be up there ALL day like the others? Sheesh! This is too much. Why does he keep putting all these witnesses up there ALL day long when they are of no benefit to him, IMO. According to HIS opening statement, he should be putting George up there, Lee, Kronk, and anyone that may know them, friends of Casey that may have known about the "alleged" abuse, etc. I'm still failing to see why he's putting on the defense like he is.

JA is just as much as fault for gamesmanship as JB is. The only difference is that JB's antics go beyond the realm of the rules of the court, whereas JA has a team that won't allow that to happen. JA, however, has been very unprofessional at times, and has clearly let his distaste for JB show in court. He's been admonished for this as well, and HHJP made it clear that he sees every bit of the "game" the 2 are playing with each other.

I've said it over and over during this case. JA just needs to let JB be JB, and he'll win. The times that the DT has scored their (minor) points is when JA gets upset and lets JB get under his skin. For Caylee's sake JA just needs to let it go. Quit with the shouting, quit with the nasty looks and huffy attitude, and just prosecute the case. They are going to get a conviction, but getting angry only leads to situations like this, and gives an appellate court pause for consideration of the attitude of a State's Attorney.

I couldn't have said it better. I believe (as hard as it may be) that JA take the high road and let JB dig a deeper hole, and then be sanctioned at the end of trial. JB will most likely lose his license, and even go to jail.

So sad - this is no longer about Caylee! It's about how much JA and JB hate each other

So why aren't any of the other lawyers on the DT stepping in to prevent JB from making a huge mess out of the CIC? They've got what, 5 other lawyers? Or more? Is JB really insisting on taking charge of everything? Or have the others pretty much given up?

Just for our info...Bill S. said the "real" time WAS, as JA said, 9:25 !!! NOT 9:26 as JB said.
They also said when HHJBP talked about what time it was, he DID, in fact, say 9:25 !!!
Thus why HHJP said they wouldn't agree on ANYTHING !!

I got so caught up in other cases here I missed the entire morning session until this break. Sounds like JB is not only up a creek but up the Niagra Falls......

and now it is too late for me to go to the grocery store before my son gets home from his dads. Will have to put that off until the lunch recess.

Trying to get caught up but it appears HHJP has exhausted his last nerve with JB.
I do not believe JB will end his tactics and I fully expect this trial to go on long passed the date of 6-25 or so when the Judge said he thought it may be finished.

I wonder what might be in the jurors minds with all this bouncing them in and out of the court room.

I need to go to the grocery store too. Since Iwork every weekend, we NEVER have food left come Monday after all my boys are fending for themselves. I guess today we will be having chinese food cuz no way I'm going to the store now, lol

Nothing. He is not the problem. Judge can't show bias though. So he calls out both sides. However, JA doesn't have contempt proceedings hanging over his head. Only JB.

I have to admit that JA has displayed some MINOR gamesmanship in this case but NOTHING along the lines of case disrupting...

I also think JA might have a reputation for getting "feisty" as I watched video of RH commentary from Saturday and even HE mentions that he has gotten into verbal altercations with JA over cases where they had to have judge intervene and mediate in chambers....

I think HHJP is just "playing it safe" in his comments in court this am

JB knows darn well that HHJP has literally bent over backwards to make sure ICA gets a fair trial. He has given the defense chance after chance. This judge does not want to penalize ICA because her lawyer(s) are not following court orders. BUT how far can it be allowed to go without it being so terribly unfair to the prosecution? Something simply has to be done.

This new witness should not be allowed to present his powerpoint presentation. The prosecutions' witness could not. Fairness should prevail, but will it?

I am very upset that this morning has been sabotaged by the likes of JB and CM.

That poor jury sitting back there because the defense counsel cannot get their *hit together.

I think he's pi**ed that the state did not notify the court earlier that they would need to address housekeeping issues before any witnesses even testified, thus leaving the jury waiting once again.
Both sides had been warned apparently.

The gamesmanship goes towards the attitudes they hold towards each other in the courtroom, that's where I'm saying JA is as much as fault. He does just as much "digging" to get under JB's skin as JB does to him.
