This witness, for all his experience in identified minute bits of DNA......CAN NOT IDENTIFY a simple point of any value!

Talking about the 17 allele at the D3 marker. This is from the lab person, I think.

I really do think this witness was shaken up by the earlier fiasco.

JA knows his dna inside out and will rip apart JB's questioning....cant wait for the showdown

Oh mercy, another presentation.

JB just drew a 17 with a circle around it, on his big pad of paper.

So he DID find DNA of the 17 marker on the sticky side of duct tape???

OMG....the big white Sesame Street notepad has to be getting darn near full by now.

Todays letters are D N A.

Not to be confused with C Y A.

And we're back to the wrinkled, dirty pad. Sigh.

:loser::banghead::loser::banghead::loser:

They also probably want to build their reputation here in the States, for their new lab.

They sure picked the exact wrong case to do that with, unless they were looking to sink their reputations. Sheesh.

Jury still waiting to hear proof of drowning, DT. Your CIC has been going on for how many days now?

JB is putting on the GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE Olympic paid court lairs show here. The worse liar, the dumbest liar and the most unconvincing lair categories.

....oh no its the . . . . . . . . . . . . .drawing board!

but witness has a power point presentation which is miffing JB as he wont get to use his coloured sharpies
