I can't believe Baez was grinning. WTF??

It's like he doesn't understand that he's getting demolished.

"A forensic scientist CAN be a research scientist."

Methinks that is NOT the answer JB was looking for.

  • #1,067
ANALYTICAL Isn't that the kind of hard word that JB can't spell?

BAM......a forensic scientist can be a research scientist. JB has argued against that very fact has he not?

I can NOT believe they're still going with the VT angle. :banghead:

 JA says no absolutely no objection to having him admitted as an expert.

Maybe cause he actually provided a report with some opinions and JA is ready for him?

This guy is GREAT!:great: Contamination by lab workers isn't shocking!

No. Lab contamination with low copy DNA is common.

There was low copy DNA found on Chandra Levy's remains that was never identified. It was thought by investigators to have come from lab contamination but the source was never determined.

Ingmar Guandique was convicted and sentenced to 60 years, although he was excluded from being the source of the DNA found on Chandra Levy's remains.

Beyond hearing JB ask Dr Wise if he is a chemist, it sounds unexciting. Is his testimony likely to on for the rest of the day? (chemistry so not my thing and if it will be science lessons, Baez butchering the names of elements and getting confused again, I'd just skip it)

  • #1,077
Note to myself.....after this trial, never watch INsessions or HLN again due to MANY MANY commericials. That is all.

  • #1,078
I can NOT believe they're still going with the VT angle. :banghead:

They probably just want to make sure he's telling the truth in case they CAN use him.

  • #1,079
Ok I just have to ask again. JB claimed in his opening the reason Casey acted the way she did was because she was molested. Where are the people to prove molestation. What are the psychologists...etc? Does he really think the jury has forgotten what he said?

Sorry the people of Florida who have to pay for this nonsense

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

"Chemistry Kit" ... I just can't stop laughing at that one ...

:seeya: Good One JB ... :floorlaugh:

:waitasec: I wonder if this witness has a "Chemistry Kit" . . .
