Ugh. Watching JB question YM about not investigating "Mr. Roy Kronk." Um, why would they???? He found the body!! That's ALL he did! And then he walks away as if he scored a big point. Good grief.

Here's what I found on a quick search of hawk omens:

Now seeing 4 of them probably means you have a rodent problem in your area but the symbolism is still there. Focus your perspectives. Know what you seek, be patient and strike at the heart of your goal.

LKB does not know what she is talking about... did she hear the testimony about this??? The DT was the one who made the decision to let Rodriguez go because they did not want him to lose his job... JP said he would have forced him to stay even if that meant putting him in jail if the DT wanted that but they said no.
I don't think that sounds like anything to sue about.. besides, word on the street is that the DT wasn't that interested in his testimony anyway b/c he agreed with the body being in the woods 4-6 months after cross at his examination PLUS the lie about him being the co-founder of the Body Farm. He was more of a liability at that point.
In addition, the JP said that the DT said it was fine to let him go b/c they had another witness who could testify to basically the same thing.

I wonder who that was? Was it the dna scientist that Simms tried to get qualified as an expert of everything under the sun and then wasn't so he couldn't testify about anything to do with Dr. Vass? If so, that's pretty hilarious. IMO

I went for a walk and was thinking about today.

I realized that Lee's testimony should have come when he was the prosecution's witness. So should Cindy's recent lies - they help the prosecution as well, maybe even more than her tears did.

Because if you put them both together, the picture it paints is of a Mother in denial about the issues her daughter has. She was fully pregnant enough for her brother to notice- Cindy aided and abetted ICA in pretending she was not, even when all evidence was to the contrary. Just like now - ICA is clearly guilty and there Cindy is once again aiding and abetting in the cover up.

The defense thinks IMO the more dysfunctional the family is shown to be, the more "excuse" ICA has for "hiding the death of her child, the way she hid her birth". However to get to that place, the defense is relying on people believing her family's testimony... the same family who lied and hid the pregnancy he's using as proof.

So the defense is basically saying: the family are all psycho liars. And to prove this, these psycho liars will now testify and I'd like you to believe everything they're saying. And that's the proof.

Something that bothered just as much as Cindy's lies today was Jose patting and comforting Lee as he left the witness box. Jose portrayed Lee as being a child molester of his very own sister and then actually acted as if he gave a crap that Lee was emotionally upset during his testimony.............puleeeeeeeeeze.:sick:

I need a quick reccy here because I am still pages behind and don't get what exactly it is that everything thinks Lee lied about and why he has gone over to the other side and made deals with the defense and had prior meetings with the defense and probably did molest ICA and whatever the heck people are saying he did.

I listened to everything he had to say and didn't think it was any big deal. So what is upsetting everyone so much.

And HHJP was pretty clear he was holding the DT to the Abuse theory he used in the opening statements.

I LOVED it when the Judge got that huge smile on his face and laid back in his chair, and I think he even closed his eyes while he crossed his hands together as if in prayer. I wondered "what the he##???"
He looked so peacefull at that moment, and I wondered what I had missed.

Then, he explained about the 23rd Floor Hawk.

He's knows "who" that Hawk is.

I also hope that Hawk continues to return and reign justice over that courtroom.

Is it possible ICA told LA what really happened to Caylee and he swore he would never tell anyone? Watching how emotional they both were today while LA testified goes far beyond the fact that he wasn't told of her pregnancy. IMO...

Quoting myself to add more: in the jail house tapes when Cindy told ICA about the "talk" of Caylee drowning in the pool and ICA's response "surprise surprise". Maybe she thought LA spilled the beans to someone. Perhaps ICA was at the house with Caylee, planned on going in the pool with Caylee & ran inside to get something... Caylee climbs into the pool and drowns. ICA comes back to find Caylee floating in the pool. She places her in the yard where to dogs hit, while she goes inside to get the blanket to wrap the body in... she opens the back gate carrying Caylee in the blanket & puts her in the trunk of her car, forgetting to close the gate. The duct tape was a red herring to make it appear as a kidnapping should her body ever be found because she already had her story ready to explain the absence of Caylee as time passed.

I swear all those pictures show Caylee being scared going into the pool.

Funny you say that, when CA said Caylee started getting "anxious" when she went into the pool at first I thought she meant as she was getting older a bit of fear was taking place. Anxious can have two different meanings IMO

If you want to show a fact of this case, I wouldn't quote LKB.As for not having any shoes on will show that someone staged the recovery scene is lost on me. IMO.

Ok, once again, I was responding to someone's question about whether there were shoes found along with the remains and clothing.

LKB stated that it was established in court earlier in the week that NO shoes were found at the site. Whatever is beyond you is not my concern but with the person that asked the question, which I answered.

I think Cindy's notebook needs to be confiscated and the court needs to take a look at. Cindy and Lee need to be charged with perjury if they are proven wrong by the state. This is a possible murder case and the Anthony's are making a mockeray of the court system..Unacceptable !!:maddening:

This is exactly why witnesses are not allowed in the Courtroom. But once again the rules don't apply to the Anthonys and they found a way to worm their way around the rules that apply to everyone else.

I'd bet my last dime that all the note taking is documenting things she think she can trip the State on as it's unfolding before her - so she can manipulate things to her and her daughter's benefit. Again, this is the very reason witnesses are not allowed.

Rules of procedure will be changed due to this case and judges, lawyers, law clerks and law students will be referring to this case for decades to come. IMO

OK. Here's what I'm thinking. Just kicking some thoughts around with my DH after drinking a bottle of Chardonnay...Re: Weird Lee. Casey murders Caylee and goes to Lee and asks him to dispose of the body. They are frantic, and Caylee ends up being dumped (by Lee) close to the family home. Therefore, the cryptic message at the memorial, CMA, promises, etc. He promised to ICA that he would forever keep this a secret between them.

Could this be her way of coming back to watch them and watch HER justice prevail? JMO!
