This is the one and only time I will stick up for ICA..It was one of the lawyers who stopped the trial..NG should really be pulled from the air...she tells people things that are NOT true..

I woke up from a nap to hear NG say "ICA thinks she's mentally ill & needs to stop the trial"..Like a sleepy FOOL I actually believed it was true! :banghead:

eta..It was also written at the bottom of the screen as BREAKING NEWS for a very long time.

Kronk's attorney just announced that Kronk has been requested to report to court first thing tomorrow morning.

That would have been a brilliant ploy, if only he hadn't sent those two PI's to do the task. If they had used a grid search method, or a check list, or had pictures of THE RIGHT PLACE, or at the least, could actually testify to that, it might have worked.

And if he wasn't still insisting that Caylee was kidnapped and still alive.
He was defending this case long before the DP was in play. I hope it wrecks his career. :loser:

He was on LP's team when they bailed her out. Rob basically acted as ICA's body guard and shuttled her around to JB's office and court.

Also, a responsible attorney would have looked at the evidence, looked at how his client was behaving and coming off to the public, and pled this case out. If he is so against the DP, why is he playing with her life in this way? Totally irresponsible, imo.

Not to belabor the point about um, where guys "relieve" themselves, but LP saying 'Why didn't RK go to the school, they've got 20 bathrooms?' I'm just a Floridian for a year now, but if a meter reader walked up to a school in NJ and tried to use the facilites I'm sure that would not be allowed. No school in NJ is going to allow a 'workman' onto the premises to use the bathroom! Imagine the legal complications! That would be a stranger entering onto school property!

Leonard Baez says what I sort of think... except I think ICA told Baez who told psychic so she could tell PI's and they could find the body- no LE involved- am I nuts? I think Kronk really did just happen to find Caylee in August and Dec.

Maybe ICA did want Caylee to be found sooner rather than later, so she told JB very early on where she had put her. She had duct tape on her that supported the kidnapping theory, and she could use her get out jail free card back in Aug 2008.

You're right and they're wrong. It was deputy who was scared to wade into the swamp to search what RK pointed out to him.

It was LE that wouldn't go into the woods any further cos of the snake..The end result was he was fired for it cos Caylee would've been found in August & not Dec.
