casey is giddy this morning, laughing/flirting, schaefer and anchor are speculating that a plea may be in the works, discussed over the weekend, or an impending mistrial announcement and jury dismissal... whatever the case, they seem to think something is definitely afoot. a death penalty legal expert just left the chambers... schaefer now backpedaling on the plea possibility, thinks casey's body language is far too excited and giddy for someone willing to admit to crimes per a plea deal...

As far as we've gotten into this trial, yes, I'd be disappointed. I don't think ICA will ever tell the truth.

I am getting really irritated that the media is insinuating that this was the FIRST time Casey was subjected to a competency issue....

A compentency hearing was done VERY EARLY in this case....
