I'm watching Hoover's youtube interviews and he totally admits taking all these videos for money. All people like this do is stand in the way of justice IMHO

I thought DC and JH were telling the truth as far as what they did to the questions asked. JH pretty much said what he did to LE or was that the depo. DC didn't seem to hear certain tones and I don't believe he was purposely doing that.

I would have liked to hear that JB told him not to call 911 but unfortunately that wasn't asked.

The both of these fellows were pranked imo That JB was still communicating with DC and we all know JB was always still communicating with CA (regardless of the Attorney's the A's had).

With what was going on at the time they did this search it was fairly easy for the psychic to gather enough info from CA and the papers which indicated the pet cemetary to send DC to that area.

JB was always right up there in their (A's) business and it's always been hinky with me. He should have known better then to still communicate with DC once he was no longer working for him.

Well it doesn't make sense. If like NG says, ICA was trying to bring the proceedings to a halt by saying she was nuts and couldn't go on, wouldn't she have been dismayed (rather than smiling and happy) that the doctor's found her competant?

Actually I think it went the other way. ICA wants to testify - she has been itching to get up on that "stage" and play to the crowd. Her DT team just keeps telling her - no, you can't do that.......you're crazy to do that, you're nuts......etc. So, they only thing they were left to do was file that motion and have her examined so if she still does want to - then they have CYA'd.

Her laughing and smiling this morning shows that she thinks she's won and that she will take the stand.

I say - BRING IT ON!!!!

Nancy Grace is also showing that slow motion video when she is angry and it is scary...Nancy seems to think it is when Baez moves from in front of the camera and she realizes the camera can see her she changes???

That video is going to backfire on the DT. With vegetation that dense in those woods you could walk past a live two year old and not see it. The jury is going to see that. Its also obvious they were directed there by someone who knew something and I don't know they're going to buy the old psychic claim. Someone knew, and someone told in some way, and when they couldn't locate the body they decided to use the video the only way they could. People walk in close vicinity to bodies all the time without seeing them, doesn't mean they weren't there.

here is what I think...If GA testified that he molested ICA he deserves to go to prison. My abuser deserved it, I got my day in court...if GA cops to the lie...pay the price. He did not do it...but he cops..he pays. He knows this, which is why I think he will skirt the issue.

Wow Nancy Grace said it was Casey who said she was crazy and told her lawyers she thought she was crazy and couldn't go on with the hearing. Has anyone else heard Casey did this and not the lawyers?

I heard that too. So she manipulated everything on Saturday. That explains, IMHO, the smiling behind HHJP's back. He said that they would work on Saturday's. For some reason she seemed to enjoy manipulating his life as well.

I have to say that her manner this morning was so bizarre. I have NEVER seen her smiling that big, not even in the Fusion pictures. Why did she do that? Any thought's anyone?

I feel that it is improper for anyone who is on trial to laugh it up. What is there to laugh at? What does the jury think of that? IDK

It was almost like, she was dressed to impress someone, and putting on her biggest brightest personality. IDK, it was almost like she was "competing" with someone for a man. :waitasec:

She seems to enjoy being able to manipulate people. It seems to be a game with her, and she is very good at it. IMHO, she gets a kind of "high" from it.

I haven't been able to watch this all day long. Were the two guys even video taping at the spot where Caylee was found or not? What I took from tuning in a little while ago is that they did not dig into the leaves or down into the muck, so they didn't really search. They were just looking around knowing the conditions that had gone on in that area with hurricane and tropical storm.

A little background on DC, an older video report(2009), also gives some previous work history as a contractor, and an arrest back in 2003, I think, which was eventually dropped.

Up until now, ICA has been able to control her small world with her lies and manipulation. I'm sure she is STUNNED that HHJP and the rest of the legal system doesn't buy into her stories and BS. It has always worked in the past for her....This must feel like she has stepped into a whole new world.

Unless her lawyers made the psych exam a criteria, if she wants to testify. They certainly know better, but I wouldn't doubt ICA thinking she could pull it off.

I just wanted to properly introduce myself. I've been lurking since day one (31?) but rarely post. You guys rock and I feel like I already know you all. I'm totally obsessed with this case and my husband hates it. LOL! Think I'll fit in ok??

Eta: I watch online at work and haven't missed much testimony but many thanks for all the awesome recaps for the times when that pesky work gets in the way.
