A really crazy coincidence though, isn't it. I am still trying to find something to back this up, or correct me. But I recall that law ICA gave LE the names of ZFG...when they found the ZFG that had filled out the card at the Saltgrass apartment, where ICA did frequent, she said that card had her kids names on it and she believes that is how ICA got her name.
Now, if that proves to not be true.. Then my guess is she got it from the houses HOWEVER..remember, she had been using that name since Caylee was about 6 months old.!!

Other than the name, there were very few similarities between the Sawgrass ZFG and Casey's ZFG. The kids names were different, the cars were different, the description of ZFG was different. And, as you pointed out, apparently the name Zanny was used by Casey long before ZFG's visit to Sawgrass. As hard as it is to believe, it seems to be an incredible coincidence that ZFG looked at the very apartments where Casey's imaginary ZFG lived.

I don't for a minute believe Kronk hid the remains and placed them in the woods... BUT LP is on Dr. Drew (with Vinnie P hosting) and it seems all 3 (Hoover, DC and RK) were all looking in the same exact place until eventually (after Hurrican Faye) Kronk finally found precious Caylee west of where they were looking. Coincidence? Possibly..
Just odd but I guess since these woods were so familiar to ICA it would be the perfect hiding spot for her,,, BUT since it ws so very close to her house and she was claiming a kidnapper.. WHY place precious Caylee so close to her own home???:waitasec:

Because she's lazy and essentially flies by the seat of her pants. I mean, she lives in Florida, land of swamps and alligators. She had a car, and we know she had gas - thank you, George - she could have driven 100 miles in any direction and dumped that body in a place where, given 24 hours time, all evidence would have been in the belly of a large reptile. But it was so much easier to toss her out like garbage down the street, doncha know?

So if Kronk is on the witness list for tomorrow morning, does this mean we won't hear testimony from Tim Miller? I was SO hoping Tim Miller would get to testify!!! I would believe Tim Miller OVER ANYONE ELSE!!!!!

I think the state may call Tim Miller during their rebuttal. Tim tried to search that area twice - the first week in Sept. and the first week in Nov. But both times there was too much water to search. On the second search, they attempted to search and almost lost an ATV which had to be towed out.

I have been trying to keep up with what's gone on today and failed. I just popped over to WFTV to see what they had written about today's trial and I nearly choked on my wine and peed myself. :floorlaugh:

I wonder if ICA was behind pushing for this eval or her attorneys? Seems to me her attorneys would know that it is very, very hard these days to receive a ruling of being unfit to stand trial for reasons of insanity/mental disturbance. Not that they wouldn't try in a "Hail Mary" attempt, I just wonder whose idea it was.

Is the jury aware she was assessed for this/this is the reason court didn't proceed Sat?

From what I understand about that area and in all honesty, if it's like pretty much any open and overgrown area many of us are familiar with, regardless of our location, trying to find anything can be like looking for a needle in a stack of needles. (Which I feel is so much more apt than in a haystack!)

I live in south Louisiana, pretty much the same climate as Florida, with the exception of about 3 months out of the year. The woods are full of snakes, back yards too, if the grass gets even a bit overgrown. Yet kids still venture off into the woods to roam and play, and they encounter snakes. After awhile you just get used to it.

I'm not disputing your time line in any way and I thank you for the explanation...

But,--and I am just questioning Kronk here--who in the heck is so sure that they've seen a human skeleton and lets a silly reptile get in the way of making sure???? I will never get that. Makes NO sense to me.

If I seen a snake I would be long gone and never go there again! Besides he did call which is what I would of done. Let them search it I'm outta here! JMO
