Aw JA and FG waited for LDB to come out of the powder room.

Wow. JA looked as tired as I've ever seen him. While waiting in the hall with FG for LDB to come out, he walked towards the camera, briefcase in hand, just sort of slumped and arms dangling. Then he leaned against the wall just across from the courtroom door and leaned his head back. Finally LDB comes out all fresh and pretty and the 3 of them headed towards the elevators together.

I hope they can get some good rest and some fun with their families tonight.

After a minute, the DT hoard barges out into the hall, and stops for a moment outside their Super Secret Conference Room for LF to lock the door, Then the guards started turning out the hallway lights, so off to the elevators they all stampeded.

I love the hallway cam.

I love it, too! I would be content to have that on all day while deliberations are going on, as I love to people watch.

Most telling thing was that on HLN Beth K. who was in the courtroom just now, said that the jury didn't look at the Defense nor the Defendent when they came into the courtroom tonite.

...are guys as dry as year before last (or so)? I know DS said it was very dry, but I hope it's not as bad as that year (where I flew in and the only green thing for 100s of miles was the artificial turf at the high school we flew over on approach)

Sorry for the o/t - Let's see, wonder what Will Waters is doing tonite.

I hope Will Waters is having a fabulous 4th of July bash! :great:

Yes, the drought is pretty bad this year. Really bad. Not as bad as previous years but, still bad.

Hmmm...are you sure it is that door? I've been watching the hallway camera all day and it seems as though that door (on the lefthand side) is used for various courtroom personnel, as well as the lawyers. I saw DCS exit, Judge Perry, the sound guy, etc.

No, no I'm not sure at all...as wftv showed the shot of the hallway, they said at the end of this hallway is where the jury is right now...I took their word for it...maybe I shouldn't have.

By the way, did we discuss Baez attempt to stall re the 84 times? I thought he had some nerve because I believe HHJP plans on discussing with him at some point why he put a witness on the stand (CA) that he knew was going to lie.....

Backfired on him too, because LDB didn't even bother to bring it up in her closing. She already had plenty.

I full expect the IT guy on the jury to be prepared to evaluate that info and share his knowledge with the rest of the crew.

I believe that the jury will not believe drowning accident theory because I don't see how Caylee could climb up on the ladder on her own at her height.. Cindy DIDN'T provided proof that a 34 months old baby can climb up on her own.. just she is saying that........

I don't think Caylee drowned, but I have 7 kids and have been a foster parent ,and yes a 34 month old could definitely climb that ladder. An 18 month old could IMO. Not every 18 month old,but I had 2 that were climbing ladders that early.

I don't understand why people are treating Baez like a rockstar.

By the way Softail - did we at WS every receive an official resignation letter from our mock juror - Mountain_Kat???? I know she was hoping for a good challenge so.....

Do you know? Maybe I should be asking the mods...:giggle:

Been wondering myself. Maybe holiday plans? Decided to be sequestered for deliberations? Dismissed? Replaced with an alternate? I miss that Kat! :fence::waitasec:

I think I figured it out. Tonight must be spades night at OCJ and that's why ICA was primping and in a hurry to get back. I was wrong before! She's confident that she's going to be in jail for a very very long time and wants to get back to her new family and this has all just been a field trip for her.:loser:

I think Mountain_Kat is an official "Runaway Juror"! :giggle:

Actually, I think someone said she had company.

I just think it is far more dramatic to say she is a "runaway juror". :giggle:

Yes that's a restroom. LDB just came out of there. I'm sure if it was the jury room, we would have seen Baez and Mason having strokes. :floorlaugh:
