Not yet. All they mentioned was motion to compel and P.O. then sidebar! But Greene is claiming he fears for his clients safety (per a WESH article)

The lady on Fox 35 is saying she doesn't think the judge will make her do a deposition today OR soon thereafter she gets out of court considering she just spent 3 years in jail.. WTH? Why are all our criminals treated with more respect than their victims? Sickening
