OT: OMG Pita! Don't ya think it's gonna be an insanity defense immediately? I'm in Ocala but lived in Tampa for 5 years so it's close to my heart, too! Horrible!

I was expecting this since those convictions are the reason everyone is suing her. She has to appeal. Doesn't mean she's going to get them overturned, though. What is she going to do, lie some more to get out of convictions for lying? Oh the irony, how rich it is.

She has pleaded not guilty so possibly an insanity defense, but have not heard they are going that way, yet.
Keeping a close eye on it though, she had a hearing the other day, but I cannot remember what it was for.

If there is a trial, hopefully WS will cover it, should be a good one.
