It looks like he might have been giving a big eff you to his FBI bro. I mean, listening back to it, he had ZERO respect for anything the state or LE said or set forth. ZERO.

After reading the statements of the alternates and the foreperson, and reading and (unfortunately) hearing/seeing #3-I have to say if it wasn't so (expletive deleted) tragic it would be hilarious. It would be an SNL parody. Who can fathom that even 4 (expletive deleted) <modsnips> could ever come together and make such <unusual> leaps of fancy? Seriously.

It does go into the realm of hilarious. It is a sad day indeed when folks will get convicted/not convicted solely based on reading people's mind/appearances/gut feelings. No DNA meaning not guilty, hmmmm, wonder how people got convicted prior to the DNA era. Pretty soon I will not be surprised to hear that a Quija board was part of the jury's gear. So they could have contacted Paul the Octopus (RIP) for advise. And surely the DT sitting right across from the jury, must have practiced dark magical powers to mind control the jury. The frequent shaking of KC's bean was also part of the magical evil spell.
And I am not being silly. This makes more sense than the explanations I have heard so far from the jurors(assumed to be 17 normal sane folks prior to the trial) and media. Like a tale from the Dark Side. Just unreal.

Who does this foreperson think he is getting on national TV and branding George a murderer? If he is such a good judge of people, does he even realize how ridiculous and contradictory he sounds! He's there at a murder trial for a person who has lied and changed stories a few times, but a witness in the trial is the one being tried without ever having been suspected by competent experienced detectives. One of the talking heads was hoping that George sues him, and I hope so, too. This is downright slander and was not necessary to repeat. It's also extremely cruel and sadistic and going totally against what he says the verdict meant to him. Of course Baez wanted to subtly hint that George may have done something to totally get Casey off the hook for anything. A school janitor or a brain surgeon could figure that out, but this guy can't seem to get it.

He thinks he is a guy that will not be contradicted, challenged or put on the spot by GVS or any other network that flies him in for an interview. Since the 'works are putting out $$$ to fly people here, pay for this there, just to allow these dopes to spew their nonsense without interruption, he thinks he can.

Besides, if the Ritz and a steak dinner is good enough for poor, misunderstood and underestimated JB, isn't it good enough for the jurors?

OMG. Jennifer Ford was on Anderson Cooper tonight. She claims she was one of the six who were for manslaughter. She says she is getting alot of hate mail, but she is a scrappy girl and she can take it. She said she just rips up the ones that start out with "Shame on you." AND she said she thinks the part about George molesting ICA was a lie and JB shouldn't have brought it up to put that disgusting picture in their minds. She said "no one wants to see that." She also said the SA did have good strong circumstantial evidence, but in the end it wasn't enough.

Gary Tuchman interviewed her on some beach, they were both wearing sunglasses.

I totally agree with you.

This foreman listen to weeks of expert testimony and mountains of evidence implicating Casey in the death of her child. And he says it was ALL too speculative, and he needed more solid proof. So he helps convince ALL of the jurors to set her free.

Yet, with ZERO evidence, and ZERO witness testimony, and no one even making the accusation, this foreman announces publicly that their 'round robin' discussion came to the conclusion that George was quite possibly guilty of his granddaughter's MURDER.

THE DT WAS NOT EVEN TALKING ABOUT MURDER---they said it was an accident. BUT this EINSTEIN has decided, by 'reading' George, from 1o feet away, that he is the guilty one. My blood pressure shot up listening to this lunatic.

Well, she had better be tough because she has no idea what she is going to face once she gets out here in the real world. She has no idea how people feel about her..nome at all. She thinks everyone sees her as she sees herself...I don't even dare write what I think of her and I doubt that she sees herself as I see her. I don't see anything beautiful or pretty about her...never have. Now that little darling Caylee...she was the beauty in my eyes.

I heard tonight they plan on changing her name and appearance. The features she has are distinct and are planted in so many of our minds that it WILL leak where she is as someone will recognize her and do her no favors. There is nowhere to hide and social justice will take its course. She's in for more hell. And she deserves every bit of it.

I don't know how she can alter her appearance that much without undergoing 50K worth of plastic surgery. Maybe if she gained twenty or thirty pounds, got facial jewelry and a peroxide white buzz cut? No offense meant to anyone who looks like this :D I'm just making a helpful suggestion.

That said, I sincerely hope her appearance and name change will succeed. The villagers with pitchforks and torches pose a considerable threat. That would not be justice, maybe for the Taliban but not for this country.

Dear God, I don't think I can take much more of this carp. These darn THs defending the jury. GMAB! The entire jury are missing dots on their dominoes.

I am curious. Where did the alt jurors sit? Was it seats 1-12 were the jury? I thought the alt ones were mixed in among them so nobody knew you were a alt until just before deliberations? So if this was not the case then were the alt ones always aware they were not gonna get to deliberate unless someone dropped out?

I ask this because I am looking over the "tweets" from the trial and alot of the tweets discuss #11 the foreman. He even seemed erogant in the tweets. Talked during sidebars with #12 and just seemed like to me he thought he was "it". I do believe this guy would be on my last nerve if I had to live with him - might be why he is not married because he is too into himself LOL
I wish he was a alt because I believe that he is what did this. Meaning what has been already mentioned swayed the others to go along with him.
Also I bet he could get the most $ being the foreman?? So is this why he wanted it?

Just my own interperations.

She loves herself to change. Narcissists are big cowards. I noticed a smug look on DS when she talked about the fact they are going to take care of ICA. Good Grief!! She just goes from one dysfunctional family to the next. What is there about this witch that forces people to help her. If they put her up in the Ritz, Baez better watch out! His wife should encourage him to let her go but he won't.

..oh good grief..

..in part 1 --he stated .."now i know this question "snowballs" into......"

..part 2----

Inside the Deliberation Room

Foreman reveals how jurors reached their emotional not guilty verdict on murder charges against Casey Anthony

Greta---"is there any single juror that didn't take their job very seriously in terms of weighing the evidence"?

JF 11---"no, we weighed the evidence, you know, i know, there's a difference between, between quality of time--and quantity of time, uhh, i've been in many meetings, you know, where i can say, we, we spent a lot of time on this, but the quality wasn't there".

Did the second part of this juror "foreman" s interview air tonight? I cannot seem to find it anywhere...

Here it is, Inside the Deliberation Room

The interview has prompted me to gather people, light torches and grab pitchforks.

The jury foreman was incensed by JA's "smirk" during JB's closing and his "pig in a blanket" reference!!! GOOD GRIEF---hope 'bout getting incensed about something IMPORTANT---like decomp in the car, death banded hair, 31 days, duct tape, etc. etc. etc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What about when 'Mr. Impressive-JB' said, "who cut the cheese?" Wasn't that incensing too? Apparently not to this foreman. :banghead:

Hard to fathom that not one of these jokers gave any credence to Dr G. She was clear, concise and spoke in very simple terms. I guess all those facts just confused them.

The medical examiner said manner of death was homicide. Even she wasn't credible to this motley crew.

People who want to present themselves as "intelligent" when they are not, often use big words incorrectly or "made up" words they think are right.

Bold mine.

Kinda like a certain ex-defendent we know, huh! :maddening:

Well I guess he would know, wouldn't he? He is, after all, a gym teacher.

Now, now...SCW...I think you forgot something...he is a 'people reading' gym teacher. *sarcasm*:banghead:

The other day someone on Vinnie Politan's show said that the way this jury approached the verdict was like someone looking at a difficult math problem without a clue how to solve it, then just walking away without even trying.

I think that's the best description so far of this shoddy, illogical, lazy deliberation. :maddening: They didn't do their homework. :loser:
