Seems that GZ was telling the truth IMO When all evidence is out that he will be covered under the SYG law.IMO The judge will dismiss all charges and GZ is the one who will have the gigantic lawsuit against the state of FL. I wonder if GZ will be able to sue Mr.Crump and others who clearly lied to the media in order to smear GZ as a killer instead of a person who mostly saved his own life that night.

He still has to worry about what some witnesses have reported, that the Department of Justice is looking into regarding racial profiling and hate crimes. See article with some testimonies from people. I can't access any of the docs from this thread --

Me too. Take it from someone who suffered a mild traumatic brain injury/ subdural hematoma, if the EMT's had any measure of belief that GZ really had taken the kind of beating he and his family described, they would have been adamant about taking him to the ER for a CT scan, otherwise, had anything actually been wrong (and it very likely would have been if his head had actually been pummeled into cement), they would have been liable for negligence.

... My first instinct was that GZ may have taken some sort of drug he didn't want detected, and now that we know he was taking Adderall, that instinct has only grown stronger.

GZ said the sidewalk. I believe those grates on the ground are actually for drainage and are plastic. IMO

If your on the ground and your head is hitting any surface it would feel like cement esp. without hair IMO.If they are made of plastic its resin which is hard as a rock,I doubt it is a soft vinyl because it is outside.

The girl said that she couldn't hear much when the phone dropped because Martin was on the phone using earbuds. Yet, the earbuds were found in his pockets...

The phone was found without earbuds attached, too. And it was rather close to the site of the altercation, which IMO makes it a little weird that not a lot was heard.

ETA: I see where Ciesla said the phones were found near the body, which means they must have detached. Implying that they weren't attached when the phone fell, like the girl claimed and gave as a reason for not being able to hear anything.

IMO Nothing racial was said but of course it is being looked into.What will happen if the judge drops all charges if he feels it is a SYG defense will it then matter?

PDF so I can't copy but on page 17 of 18, that is addressed. The earbuds were found in close proximity to the body.

That's a pretty big leap, considering there was some sort of altercation happening at the time. Earbuds pop out of ears and phones very easily.

Regarding witness that saw shadows running. Prosecution might try to imply it was Zimmerman and Trayvon, but it doesn't appear this witness can give any sort of description. Since there were other people who arrived on the scene, it could have been them running to the scene instead of Zimmerman and Trayvon.

Just because there were no usable fingerprints does not mean the gun was wiped out. Wiping the gun out makes no sense whatsoever, considering Zimmerman never denied he fired the gun.

The point here is that GZ thought to do a lot of things and systematically as well...while a 17 year old kid lie gurgling on his own blood and dying.

I was hoping I was reading it wrong. So the call he made at 7:20 was to repeat what he said in the first NE call he made? Did he not tell them that he had just shot someone? The call was placed moments after Trayvon's death.

It's a leap that the phone was found detached from the headphones? I'm just asserting that when the phone hit the ground, there were no headphones plugged into it, which seems to be corroborated by the crime scene photos that lack headphones and that the headphones were found near the body and not the phone. There was no indication he still had the headphones in while the altercation was taking place, as the girl said that she could hear the grass brushing up against the phone when it fell.

This prosecution is the result of another media hoax. A picture of a child, looking nothing like the way TM "styled" himself, looking nothing like the stranger GZ saw wandering in his -targeted neighborhood.


Yes, let's have a discusion about "profiling"... and "rights." Did the multi racial neighbors in that condo complex have the "right" to live in peace with the property they worked for? GZ was a volunteer, giving his time in just that effort. If the demographic of those committing the crimes FIT TM's description...then following him is common sense. The use of the word "profiling" presumes that we throw out statistics. YOU WATCH those who fit the profile of those committing the majority of crimes in a respective area...i be old blonde women, bearded Amish farmers, or young Black males. Otherwise, you throw out common sense and give into crime. If a moments annoyance on one side...and stopping crime is on the other...then stopping crime trumps annoyance.


So GZ had no right to get out of his car...no right as WATCH CAPTAIN to watch a stranger wandering in his crime plaqued neighborhood? But TM had a right to break his nose and beat his head into the pavement amd NOT be interrupted till what...GZ's death?

TM had been removed from one school, suspended three times from the new one, drugs in his system, ...far from the angelic 13year old invented by the media. Something was going on in his life and those negative events and his Facebook page and the illegal drug in his system are NOT pointing to a positive direction.

GZ should never have been charged under Fla law as it exists. This is another media driven Hoax...and now, as the truth drips out, and certain individuals have grown rich from this tragedy, the media will slink away.

Smoking pot helps people make poor choices. When you are high, you tend to do impulsive, irrational things. I grew up in the SF Bay Area in the 60's. I was a dead head for years and have seen and known a million pot smokers. And as an old hippie, smoked it for many many years myself.

If Trayvon was smoking a joint that night, it would explain a lot, imo.

Depending on how much was smoked. It could have been one joint or none that night. One joint, not laced does not cause people to do irrational things. A lot ot college smoke joints every day and still do good in school. Back in the days a lot of people had their joints laced with PCP/Angel Dust.

I think they were texting. In the interview she said she tried calling him back but he never texted her back. Maybe they were texting all that time. It would explain the ear phones off the phone.

You are mistaken, or your sources were. There was one 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch "abrasion" to his finger BELOW the knuckle.

By your logic, TM was not punched by GZ because he did not have any defensive wounds on his body.
