2015.08.26 Jimmy Rodgers: Charged with Murder in the Second Degree

I thought that he was already formally charged.

He's been charged with 2nd degree murder but the formal charges will be presented to him at his first court hearing on those charges. He went to court in MO but that was on the federal charges. He has not been before a judge yet on the murder charges is how I understand the differences.
