I would like to believe this as well. What puzzles me is his seemingly resentful or non friendly behavior towards people that just might want to show him and his girls compassion and support.

I consider a "hit" as having someone murdered, whether it is ordered, requested or paid for. Is that what you mean? If it is not a hit I don't think MS would be involved. It is hard to believe TS was murdered in the perfect time between MS being gone and before anyone arrived at the house like his mom, or before she could leave the house. It was in those few hours she was killed. She was killed in that one convenient window of opportunity. And the fact his best friend was the murderer.

Maybe they are monitoring letters and calls between the 2. If CW attempted to contact MS from prison at all then MS may be guilty.

Ya know if LE knows the motive and CWW and JR are under arrest then MS did not ask them to do it....If LE knew MS wanted her dead he would not be out walking around.

Yup, the DA isn't going to pursue a case unless it's solid. The clock starts ticking once an arrest is made and that whole double jeopardy thing means they only have one shot.

Hmmmmm , the media was asked and respected not to go to the church. They only were at the long entrance to it if I recall correctly. Hmmmm wonder if the media was so *disrespectful* to take photos of everybody that drove by. With most cases the media is there filming everybody coming in or out that law enforcement could look at later. And media have may have noticed right then "oh my gosh these guys are twins".

I sometimes wonder if CWW even went back to MO after the murder. In other words CWW and JRR had a bit of a panic because things didn't go quite so right the night of the murder. Perhaps there was a falling out after the murder because they were not able to pull off the original plans and CWW wasn't happy.

JRR just left and due to his lack of "brightness" he didn't even think it was necessary to get rid of the bloody jumpsuit or he kept it as a trophy.

This might explain why CWW didn't take care of that detail (getting rid of bloody items) along the way because he wasn't even with JRR on the way back to MO. I know we talked about JRR possibly keeping the items as an insurance policy but I am not so sure he thought like that but kept it for a more stupid reasons like "show and tell".
