I did find a reporter from their local news station who did an article on CWW and emailed him asking if he could help me locate where he may be if he's in transit between FL prisons or been transferred out of state, etc. I'll update when I get a response.

I've just read back and he was transferred to Manatee County Jail around Feb 2020, maybe why he's not showing up on state records (?):

Curtis has been moved. Probably due to the Covid outbreak....

I'm not familiar with Vinelink, but there was a link earlier in the thread. According to that he was transferred to "another facility" in November 2020. Sorry that isn't much help.

According to PACER from the complaint he filed about violation of civil rights he moved on 9/11/2020 to Dade Correctional Institute. That's the latest information I can locate.

So is he in Manatee County? I’ll be there in July, should I try to do visitation? LOL but seriously, I have still have several questions.
