2015.09.09 Extradition of CWW from MO to FL

I thought AZ posted something to the effect that after the extradition, everything is transferred to FL and the hearing in Missouri on the documents would be cancelled.... but I can't find the post now.

Oh, I missed that! So many threads! I saw where she said the FL dump would include some of the MO documents, including search warrant (my interpretation). Off to search.....

My uneducated opinion would be "no" he does not need to be present. I don't think unsealing the documents would hold up his case or transfer in any way, shape or form. I think that whole hearing has to do more with LE, the courts vs Media, websleuthers (haha!) And anyone outside of the proceedings. Hopefully AZlawyer will confirm or correct my guess...

I'm right there with you. I've been checking this link everyday since the 25th just for practice. Will start giving it a real workout 2 hours after the hearing today. (It's a 2 hour flight, if they fly.)

So once CWW is in Florida, is there any sort of waiting period before FOIA requests will be fulfilled or will they accept requests immediately?

I bet they have the documents all ready to go, he seemed eager to release them on Tricia's radio show!

I bet Sheriff Mike Scott and all LE involved in this case are glad to hear CWW is being extradited to Florida sooner rather than later. From all that the Sheriff has stated so far, I have faith that he will be on this like white on rice until the case is solid and complete.
