I'm slowly reading through the documents and am only on page 18. Nancy Grace just had Jerry Lubinski on her show (by phone). He said that he believes Wright is innocent based on his dealings with him. He stated that he had keys to his Titusville home. In his interview, he stated that Wright didn't have access to that home as of March, 2014. Go figure that one out!

He also said that Mark didn't do any work for him during the timeline. I wish Nancy hadn't cut him off when he began to say, "Mark told me he was going to...." TWICE! It would have come out that he told him that he was going to do work on his friend, Mark's computer... the one with the doctor wife.

Annie Lisa, Teresa Sievers’ sister, wants to focus beyond the details in the court documents.

“The information coming out is very very upsetting,” she said. “Understandably but our goal is to keep the story of Teresa in the forefront and let this investigation unfold, with as much expediency as possible so we can move forward and start to heal. We want to focus on the positive contributions Teresa has made in her life. And will continue to make in her death. ”

Lisa last talked to her nieces right before Wright’s arrest.

She believes the Sievers’ children have turned against her.

That's odd that he would say that because who cares if MS had keys to his house, etc. He's not the one that used Lubinsky's house/business as an alibi.

But since he isn't a excon who served real time.

Mark stepped into a world and hired people that were familiar with the penal system.

Perhaps I am shell shocked from the Arias trial: If MS goes to trial, does anyone think he and his Defense team throw TS under the bus and bring forth the sordid details of their alleged swinger activities?

Speculation I know, but I am not understanding why MS thought it relevant to tell the police that they engaged in swinger activities. I am still trying to wrap my head around that one. Did he make that up to deflect his actions, affairs and cheating? I would put nothing past him, but I hope for his daughters' sakes he doesn't go that route.

In reading the documents, it's clear that LE knew nothing about CWW before being notified on July 9 about a person with information about a CWW who might be involved. The CTW (certified testifying witness) was interviewed in IL July 10 and the plot started to unravel. IMO the CTW and AW's mother KM are the civilian heroes of this case. Without their early input, there would have been no immediate investigation in MO that later led JR's girlfriend TS to start putting things together and ask courageous questions.

I guess in a sick way we can be grateful to AW for mouthing off about being left behind while CWW went on a vacation. But thank goodness that the CTW, KM and her husband, and later Taylor, did not let loyalty to AW stop them from speaking up. Who knows how long this would have taken without their help?

Wow just getting caught up...family said on WINK they are concerned about the girls and MS has prevented her family from communicating with the girls.

Hey, have you read any of the 33 page Investigative report that's in the Sub-Forums under Documents & Filings? For starters, MS refused to cooperate with LE as of July 7, at which time MS criminal defense Attny said everything had to go thru him first (I'm sure this is the usual Attny-client path as such). LE then submitted a list of reasonable requests to the Attny needed from family members for process of elimination during this first part of the investigation. Then LE was told by the Attny that their requests would not be fulfilled.

And so it goes.
