I thought the first responding officers noted her bags were at the door from the garage to the laundry room and noted blood spatter by the washer or dryer?

There was blood, but not necessarily blood spatter - in fact I think there would be much more than just on the side of the freezer if it was spatter. It could have come off one of the perps when they returned from the kitchen and began searching the bags.

I wonder if TS knew that there was $40,000 in one of the safes? He said they lived payday to payday .With patients paying cash it would be easy for him to pocket that money and start his own kill fund or whatever. I cant imagine why someone would want that much money in the home when there is a thing called banks and interest being paid.

The alarm wasn't even on when BS arrived to feed the pets on the 26th.
With an alleged 40,000 dollars in the house you would think they would turn the alarm on when they left for the airport.

It is, IMO! To consider whether CWW/JR could be ambidextrous. I'm more of an extreme lefty, as in I hate doing anything with my right side which makes life tough.:boohoo:

Well ... perhaps it is different for younger folks... Perhaps those Catholic nuns wanted me to be right handed ... ( that was the early 60's) and yes I even use right handed scissors ...and cannot even use left handed scissors.

As I read it in the investigative report, it describes walking into the kitchen from the laundry room/garage, they saw TS to their left, a dog bowl in front and the hammer to the right.

The dog bowl seems very out of place in this. I don't think the dogs were supposed to be in the kitchen, their access was blocked by the doors into the main entrance area. On the other hand, I can't imagine a crime scenario where the perps brought a dog bowl with them, for eg to lure a dog with treats into another room.

For some reason I think the dog bowl and the hammer were closer to TS's feet than head, south, if that makes sense. I think the bowl was in the actual kitchen area but slightly off of it. :moo: The report mention a 'protein cup' on the freezer, as if she placed it down before getting attacked. The freezer is "adjacent to" the door, so probably before you walk through to the kitchen.

Most of her injuries are to her right side and it appears she was strangled. IMO. Someone was standing in front of her face to face when she was attacked. That person IMO would be left handed.

So CWW and/or JR must have been waiting somewhere to TS's right if they attacked from behind, but to her left if they attacked head on? Makes sense if the approach was face to face because a left handed assailant would cause damage to the right of the head. I'm left handed so forgive me if I have it backwards, always do.

We have allegedly two assailants ..would she be standing up the entire time with the amount of strikes? Or perhaps more of the strikes would be when she was face down on the floor?

If CWW was a lefty odds are that one of the insiders (Skinner, hello?) would have noticed. People always notice that I'm left handed. Not always right away, but it is a trait noticed by whoever I spend significant time with, eat/write sitting next to.

In the wedding pictures CWW cuts the cake with his right hand several times. Here is one (if not okay posting it, I understand, Source is a FB page):

However, CWW has martial arts training. He is even tattooed with a Ying and Yang symbol according to police reports. On myspace you can see some swords on top of a dresser. He is definitely trained in weapon attacks and defense. As a trained martial artist, he is familiar and fairly precise in using either hand for an attack (with or without weapon) or a defense. What will be important is the angle of the weapon during of the attack. Even though he may be trained to operate ambidextrously, he will still show signs of a dominant hand including body posture.

O/T... But yes growing up in a Catholic school in the early 60's, they *forced* you pretty much to be a right hander . Slap you on the hand with a ruler. Guess you had to grow up through it to believe it. Believe your father, he was not kidding.

Then again perhaps I was going to be that way anyway because of all the other things I do right handed naturally??

LOL. The nuns didn't get hold of me until second grade, and they didn't try to change me to a righty back in the dark ages of the early '50's. But my right handed Mom taught me to eat with my right hand because she thought it would be easier socially when sitting next to someone (unless, of course, they're left handed). She probably ruined me for life! But like atthelake, I do almost everything else right handed. There were no left handed scissors, bowling balls, etc, so I adapted. I do sew a button on with my left hand. I had two right handed parents. Our daughter is a lefty and my husband is a righty, so there's no rhyme or reason.

Getting back to CWW, he could be left handed, but use a hammer with his right hand (I would). But I could switch to my left hand if needed. So I don't think his handedness is going to give us any definitive information. JMO

Although having an interesting discussion about left and right handed ...I don't think its too significant and a jury trial as to knowing ... too much other evidence as to who and what happened :moo:

More off topic... When I play tennis... I can do front or back with both hands... I could do an instrument just as strongly with using the left or right hand .And yes I have a bag tag

Could the double doors be behind the breakfast nook or off the family room leading out to the lanai? Cant tell if those are windows.

This is how I'm picturing it: Red is Theresa, she is lying with her head to the left. The bowl and orange hammer near her feet.

The dark blue doors are latched farther left, once open these revealed the dog containment area.

The dog door and lanai door are just random guesses as to location. Also flagged in violet the fake-jimmied side door into the garage.

From the description, it doesn't sound like the dogs were IN the room that was locked. Maybe the double doors were the doors to the den? And the officers were concerned because there was a locked room and potentially assailants in the room, which is why they pried open the doors and "cleared" the room?

This makes perfect sense, the double doors are the doors to the den! This was bothering me, thank you.

Personally, I think MS decided to spare his mother the horror of finding TS but only at the last minute, after calling her. And Petrites was a longtime friend of TS, lived nearby, he would be concerned and check on her. I'm thinking it happened quickly, not well thought out from MS's perspective, he just lucked out that Petrites was in the area at the post office or something.

He must love his momma. But didn't take in to consideration that his kids loved their momma as well.

His daughters look just like her. How does he eat dinner at the table while watching her spitting image in her girls.
