2015.12.02 Discovery Documents - Batch 1

FTO You are one smart Cookie! I definitely think they used the "borrowed camera" for that purpose. MS may or may not have texted the safe combination (Can I put that on the back burner for a while?)...I am thinking more likely, the location of AN ENVELOPE containing $100 bills!!
CWW & JRR arrive in Bonita Springs at 6am, go into the house to "stage it" because they have to do it while there is enough daylight to see everything they needed to do before the murder!! If they tried to do it in the evening, they would risk the neighbors seeing the lights on, huh? Picked up their "down payment envelope full of $100 dollar bills" then went shopping at Walmart (Paid for their purchases with "$100 bill") and hung out at the beach. They "borrowed" Jerry Lubinski's digital camera (what antiques dealer wouldn't have one?) to document their crime. No way would they have used their own phone or digital camera to take pics. They commit their evil crime and then head out of town, again paying for fuel with a $100 bill.
Sheriff Scott NEVER MISSES THE OPPORTUNITY TO REPEAT THE PHRASE... He's in "the envelope of suspicion."
There had to be an "envelope of cash" left in the house. MS couldn't risk CWW and JRR driving all the way from Missouri and then not having enough cash to make the drive home, could he?

But why not just take a photo with the burner phone and send it via the burner to MS? Would CWW have risked sending the photo via MS's home computer after downloading the image from the camera? I'm just trying to understand the logistics and the reasoning behind the camera. Which is difficult because nothing these men did was logical or intelligent.

How about the ability to utilize an SD card?

But didn't JR smash his phone because it had incriminating photos? That's why I previously mentioned that IMO he took pictures as a trophy of his bad deed, cause he likes to brag about his crimes. I don't get how pictures could be used to blackmail MS? The pictures would not incriminate MS, right?

As far as the borrowed camera- could be he only wanted to borrow the garmin and threw in the camera to throw his friend off. Even all that we have learned about the evil stooges I would find it hard to believe they took a photo shoot after her murder. Taking some selfies on the beach- yes, real possible.

Imo. I don't think they took pics of the body. I simply think that jr was a kid who was happy to document his trip on a camera for tourists purposes.

And for some reason. CURTIS allowed this.

Jmo.

Lol. Curtis was getting mentally unstable. But mark never realized this.

Poor Mark

Yes, that's what I meant by downloading the photos, sorry. But this would have required a device to download the photos to, right? Idk, maybe CWW brought a laptop or tablet with him. The process would have been cumbersome and time consuming if you're trying to get outta dodge because you just killed a woman.

I think they bought the lock picking kit after turning the alarm off at 6AM, and maybe figuring out there wasn't the right type of tool at the scene to pry the door open.:moo:

Gotta give KateB credit for planting this one in my head because she mentioned it first to me -

Maybe they bought the lock pick set and intended to leave it at the scene..to appear as a prop since they were staging it to look like a burglary. In fact, we don't know for sure that they didn't leave it.

heh, it's tough to anticipate the train of thought these geniuses were following. ;)

We all know, including them, that they weren't going to need a lock pick set.

Nolen requested Mark Sievers meet for a third interview so that he may ascertain if any property was stolen. Mark Sievers did not show up for the meeting. Detective Nolen called Sievers and left a voicemail. Lee Hollander called Detective Nolen's cellular phone and advised that his client, Mark Sievers, would no longer be co-operating with Law Enforcement.

And to think the documents we have are discovery for CWW- there certainly are nuggets around the investigation and findings on MS and JR. Cannot wait for more on them specifically.

On July 20, 2015 at approximately 10:00 am, Detective Downs and I went to Scott Sievers' work which was located at 16647 Chesterfield Grove Road in Chesterfield, Missouri. He did not provide a sworn statement.

Why not? In the homicide investigation of your sister in law?

You and KateB are genius!:loveyou: The opposite of MS and CWW.

Sorry if it has been posted before, but it sure is worth reiterating, that CWW eventually ran out of "buddies"...

So now my heart is hurting a little, because I didn't mean to imply that AW was not a victim of tragedy. She certainly did not deserve in any way to have such a hard life. I've made poor choices before and have been fortunate not to have paid such a horrible, unthinkable, price. But I do think a jury would rightfully find that covering up for something the way she tried to is inexcusable of anyone.

 I so totally get what you mean.

She needs to muster the strength and do the right thing. For Teresa, Teresa's family AND herself.

It's interesting how eager everyone was to throw CWW under the bus. I'm sure AW's family was waiting for an opportunity like this. I think whatever charm he supposedly once had, had worn off.

Hopefully she's getting professional help. Everyone is responsible for her own actions but I don't think she is/can think clearly. Most women would never recover emotionally after losing two children. She may have been a very easy mark for CWW.

That's exactly how I see it too.

Angie needs to focus on the fact that the woman her husband murdered left two beautiful daughters motherless. She needs to do the right thing. For everyone, including herself.

I don't get the borrowed camera either.

The ONLY thing I can think of is if they wanted to take photos, they knew eventually they were going to have to ditch the burner phones so they couldn't store them on there for long.

I can't get past being totally creeped out and disgusted if they wanted to take pics of the scene. God, I hope not.
Totally agree. I'm hoping that he asked to borrow the camera along with the GPS, in order to not sound shady.

I simply think that jr was in love with curtis as a daddy figure and took selfies of them 2 in Florida which would incriminate them all together.

I highly doubt they took pics of the body for verification. Jmo.

But Curtis may have told jr to get rid of the phone or camera for Florida proof purposes. Jmo
That sounds very bazaar. Not to crash your party, but I really don't think JR was in love with CW.

Honestly, I think she's still oblivious and entranced by CW. Whether that defense will hold up, I'm not sure.
I think her family was totally into him and was supportive of their marriage. Like you said, he was a charmer.

B-I-N-G-O!!!, WJ.
i am really challenged on the "tech" issues. (as if a bunch of Sleuths hadn't already noticed?) I bought a digital camera for my husband (mystified as to where you insert the film, lol) and he told me the pic's were all stored on a little "chip" that could be removed, printed out or "up loaded" to his computer!! There is NO WAY in my opinion CWW would allow JRR to use his cellular phone to document their trip and take a bunch of Florida selfies. UNLESS, as I stated up-thread....CWW was planning to make JRR disappear (along with his cell phone) when he returned from Teresa's funeral. CWW just didn't have time, (Shout out to Florida LE :takeabow: for raiding so quickly) and had to make sure he got JRR back in time for work. It would have raised too much suspicion if anything happened to JRR so SOON AFTER RETURNING.
Short of placing a billboard on the side of the road, "WE ARE GOING TO FLORIDA FOR THIS WEEKEND!" is there anyone that didn't know about this trip?? (Employer, gfs,gfs friends, wives, sister, mother, children, father, car repair co., antique dealer etc. And that is just what I found on the first 33 pages of docs I read.)
