2016.01.07 Discovery Docs Batch 3 - Crime Scene Images included

Was the shredded life insurance letter found at the seiver's home or at cww's or do we know?
Since all of the photos taken that day were at the crime scene, I would bet it photographed at the Seiver's home.

Thanks again for this picture Nin. It actually helps confirm the Life Insurance motive. Especially since is was the last thing in shredded.

Looks like to me that MS was making sure the LI company received their "payment" for JULY??? Can anyone with the ability to blow up pictures look and see if there is a due date on there? (if it shows) I wonder if that was the ONLY bill that was paid for July?
It likely didn't completely shred because the shredder can was full or paper was stuck in there.

This is a better picture:

If this is TS's bag, and her luggage made it into the master bedroom...indicates she made one trip into the house and was attacked during the second? I wasn't sure if the suitcase in the bedroom was used on this trip.

First time poster here, but long time viewer of this site. All of you are AMAZING in my book!! Please forgive me as I learn how to navigate here. I have a lot of rambling thoughts....
- I live 1 mile away from the crime scene house (I cannot call it a home, that seems too loving). The house is very visible from the main road (E. Terry St.) and every time we drive by, I say a prayer for those 2 precious little girls. A few weeks after the crime scene tape was taken down, I noticed there were a LOT of garbage bags outside of the garage. I found that very odd, as this is a tropical environment, and we have a LOT of "critters" (raccoons, possums, snakes, cockroaches, etc.) that would tear through garbage. You rarely see just garbage bags not in a container because of "critters". I couldn't help but wonder what was in those bags.
- As far as access to the house, it would be very easy as the house is almost on the corner and someone could easily walk to it. People are always walking or riding bicycles around here, so no one would really stand out doing that, even at 6:00 a.m. or late at night.
- The day this happened, the news interrupted regularly scheduled programming and announced her murder. My very 1st thought was the husband. Later in the day there were interviews with some friends and co-workers describing how "loving her husband was" so I had a change of heart. The next day, sleuthing on FB, I found the 🤬🤬🤬 link that MS put up, and I was back to thinking it was the husband. I am convinced now that he was the "mastermind" (I use the term loosely) behind it all. I wish he would be arrested soon, however, SMS must have good reason for not doing so just yet. Speaking of SMS, he was very quick to point out that this was NOT a random crime, that she was targeted. He said that she did nothing wrong to provoke this.
- A friend of mine was a patient for many, many years. The dear Dr. helped my friend in many ways. My friend feels "innocent until proven guilty" and that "SMS is an A-you-know-what". So there are people in this town that think MS is innocent.
- I've seen a lot of people mention the ceramic tile flooring in the house. This is a very tropical environment, and there is dirt and sand everywhere! Visiting with friends, family and neighbors in the area, I have noticed that every house has ceramic flooring. Granted, some have wood flooring too, however, very little carpeting (some in bedrooms). We have ceramic floors too, and it is very unforgiving, as everything gets broken when dropped on it. It is just easier to keep clean in this environment. It's also very damp and humid here, and I would imagine, carpet would be hard to keep clean.
- I am truly amazed (yet thankful) at the trail of evidence these 3 stooges left behind.
- MS is a true narcissist. I was with a narcissist for many years, and when you're in the middle of it all, it is hard to see the real person. They use people for their own needs, they buy materialistic things to show themselves off, and are known for multiple affairs because it feeds their ego. When you turn on them, they then turn into the DEVIL and will stop at nothing to make the other person look bad. My feeling is that TS had started to seek out a divorce or a way to separate from him and he found out and decided that he would do "one better" and get rid of her. That's just how they think. (for example, you buy a new car, they get a better new car, etc.). I would bet that MS blames TS for this big mess he is in as he feels he has no faults.
- This case reminds me of the other 2 "Peterson" murders as I truly believe those 2 are narcissists also.
- Although I never met TS, it is quite obvious that she made the world a better place. I pray every day that those responsible for her brutal murder be convicted. Justice for TS!!

I think I've said enough for 1 post. Thanks for having me here, and thanks for all the hard work that has been done on this site. I truly believe it makes a difference!!

I didn't realize the layout of the house to the neighborhood and main highway and it's access to a quick getaway,...... and places to hide.

I do not believe that second piece of luggage was used on that trip either, because of the LaPlaya tag it carries on it. That's a hotel in Naples. Could be they stayed there years ago for a trip to this are. It also shows a tag identifying it as additional Sievers luggage piece:

I'm having a hard time pulling up pics at this time but I recall seeing a pic of a desk type structure against a wall with 2 chairs pulled up to it. Does that look like a learning area? Hopefully someone can find the pic.

I'm on an iphone6. New phone to me, I've always used androids. How are you iPhone or Apple folks viewing the pics? Any help is appreciated

I think know the pic you mean, kitchen area? To me, that may be a place a child could do homework from regular school, but no way would that be for home schooling and all that entails. :( At least nobody serious about the quality of education for their child. He may be all about appearances, however. All show, no go - test results, etc. which can be faked. I realize times have changed greatly since I was in school, but kids are kids and like to see their work displayed and it's incentive knowing that your parents (reacher) are proud to see your hard work. People generally homeschool because they feel the education they provide is superior to that of public schools. The importance they place on homeschooling shows in the environment they create for their children to learn.

Sorry, I slipped back into judgment mode :/

Well, I had hoped the school supplies, books and workbooks were in the drawers and cupboards of the desk- sadly that is apparently not the case as far as I could see from the evidence photos.

Anyone else see any that I missed?

My kids for the most part do their homework at the DR table. We don't have a desk near the area so they keep their school books on the buffet nearest the table, we have a wireless printer on a small table near the kitchen bar and I keep a flat basket of all the supplies they need on top of an armoir on the opposite side from the buffet- high lighters, colored pencils, markers, glue and glue sticks, staples and a stapler, a ruler, several pairs of scissors, tape, pencils, pens erasers etc. I keep paper and construction paper in the bottom of the armoir where we keep our family board games.

It is all within reach of the table but besides the books and printer you might never know it. That obviously wasn't the deal here.

I want to chime in a bit of the home schooling. I know people who do an amazing job with it and their kids test at a higher level then their grade. However, when my sister did it, they were on a rural farm, 5 kids ranging from infant through elementary school and part of the reason she did it was she was overwhelmed with trying to get everyone up, dressed, fed and to the bus EARLY. She wouldn't admit it, at the time but did later on- she was also severely depressed, they were struggling financially and had other issues too.

Anyway, not the situation with the Sievers, obviously, but it got me thinking how Mark could sleep in, didn't have to have the girls fed and ready at any specific time and they certainly could do their homework, studies etc... At HIS leisure.

When the heck did he have time for affairs? Certainly not at night when Theresa was home. Would it have been during the day with "play dates" with friends and the mother? It's not often that dad's are stay at home AND homeschoolers. I can't think of one- and I know quite a few families who homeschool and two dads who are stay at home. When was this man able to find time to get it on with other women?

I am stumped. Not to mention the fact he was the "office manager" too.

It will be interesting if the girls end up going to traditional schools where they will land, academically. I'm sure they have their mothers smarts and should be fine- no thanks to their loser dad. MOO.

As a parent of 4 now a great grand parent raising 2 we can clean scrub organize the house perfectly till the children wake up or come home then chaos begins within 5 minutes and you would never believe it was the same house

Absolutely, kids can destroy a house in minutes. Clutter wouldn't be especially shocking since the girls are homeschooled. But I'd expect to see different kinds of clutter.. science experiments, art projects etc...

For me the it's not so much a cleanliness factor as it's a lack of respect on MS's part. TS worked extremely hard to support her family. Continued her education while practicing medicine. And MS failed IMO to maintain the house and his van. Kids and adults make messes but underneath the clutter one expects to find a degree of order and cleanliness. We all have a closet that we never want anyone else to see. I get that no one is perfect.

It's what we see underneath the layer of clutter in a well lived in home that's unusual. I expect to find dirty clothes in a hamper or maybe on the ground. But not dirty socks or underwear put away in a drawer.

According to Dr MP didn't he see her purse on the island countertop?

where did the Metropolitan policy come from then it is not on the subpoena list?
I wonder if this shredded policy is connected to the empty envelope addressed to TS that was found in a bag during the search at CWW'S trailer.

I think it's him too. The ears, nose and hair growth patterns are all the same.

As for the syringes, it's possible one of the adults in the home was injecting B-12 or the B-12 formulation called "Lipo". When I need an extra boost because of my schedule, I stop in at the local shot nurse and get one.
TS was in great shape. Maybe she was doing the same.
I don't find syringes in a DR's home very odd.
We know very little about most of this, IMO.
And I would think a lot of the papers on the floors and all around were done by CWW and JR.
jmo

Respectfully, I don't believe they would mess the house like that but not take the very obvious CASH, guns/gun vaults, swords (maybe), electronics, tvs. To me, that looks like someone lives that way.

Syringes at a doctor's house, no problem except that it depends on where the syringes are found and if they're used or not.

Perhaps taken out on kids? Don't know

not quite awake when I posted earlier possibly ifg at office was for renters insurance, malpractice insurance or employee misc insurance

Great post TrueCrimeAddict55! In a short paragraph you really summed up how dangerous a sociopathic narcissist can be. It's a personality disorder that most often cannot be cured. I too was married to a narcissist and he displayed the symptoms you describe. Fortunately he wasn't sociopathic or violent. Just a pain to live with. I wonder f all those bags you described contained TS belongings i.e. clothing etc. Wecome to WS!

I think it's CWW too.

Speaking of items on the refrigerator, I feel it's TS speaking to us from the grave with the magnet that reads "I used to care, now I take a pill" or something to that effect. It speaks volumes to me about her life. Granted I'm assuming that it was her magnet & she wanted to remind herself of "surrendering" (sound familiar?)....maybe she wanted more---more financial accountability, better schooling for her daughters, a more successful practice, maybe a better or more conventional marriage? Maybe she wanted out from the constant clutter/chaos.....and no IRS or mortgage company knocking at her door? Maybe she dreamed of a more stable home life so that she could focus on continuing to be a great doctor to her patients? One person can't carry it all! Maybe she felt helpless to change it all up-- it takes energy! Perhaps she finally mustered up the courage & implied she was going to leave MS?!

Just maybe....but heck, it's only a refrigerator magnet....uh yeah......??!!
