I wonder what the heck MS will say to his defense attorney !!

Maybe MS will tell his attorney that CWW is solely responsible & murdered TS in order to break MS's heart because CWW was jealous of what a beautiful love MS had with TS & now CWW is only making stuff up to the sheriff because the sheriff's got it in for MS because the sheriff has always been jealous that MS can wear flip flops all day & the sheriff can't wear flip flops at his job?

Maybe I'm grabbing at straws...

I bet MS for real tho' will tell his defense attorney that MS is being framed.

I keep remembering the sheriff's quicky press conference when MS was being put into the sheriff car to be carted off to the jail: The sheriff over & over said MS (& CWW) went to extraordinary lengths to hide everything: That has me think that the state's case against MS will have a hole here or there, but will be zoomed-in on the piles of cell phones, txt messages & burner phones evidence they do have.

I bet MS is really mad at CWW now. I bet for a long time MS thought CWW wouldn't rat him out but in the final weeks word leaked out to MS that MS' goose was cooked.

If that's correct, I think he'll plead guilty.
I just don't think the man will want to go to trial for a couple of reasons. Most importantly, his ex-BFF has already taken a guilty plea, and has all the info they need on MS's plan. Secondly, he would not want his kids, mom, brother, friends and all of TS's family to hear about all his infidelities or even possibly be able to see his sex "video's."
Just think about all the sexual "witnesses" the prosecution could put on the stand. With MS's narcissistic personality, I don't think he would want all that bad press. He's probably already told his mom that the ONLY reason he's pleading guilty (cause he's NOT) is to protect "his beloved family" from having to go thru a very public trial.

This all my own opinion.

A guilty plea would constitute an admission, which would obviously be helpful for any wrongful death lawsuit. A no contest plea would not constitute an admission, so he could still choose to claim innocence in a wrongful death suit.

Idk. The estate will get the 4.4 million after he is convicted this year. Plus it takes years to foreclose on a home sometime. The bank may let the estate keep the home if it will be paid for via the insurance when time comes. Idk.

This is really why I want Teresa's family to get the girls. You take our sister and we take your house and kids and the money that you had insured on our sisters life.

Now of course most of the money will be set aside for when the girls become of age. But the Guardians are still entitled to money for the expenses needed to raise the girls.

But as far as the house is concerned. I wouldn't really want it unless the girls wanted to keep it for the sake of mom that bought it for them to be raised in. Idk.

I just want Mark to see Teresa's family and kids enjoying the money since that was his entire motive for killing Teresa in the first place. Jmo.

If this doesn't go to trial, I really do want to know if CWW was there in the kitchen while JR bludgeoned here.
You never know, it could be the other way around.
I'm wondering if we'll ever know.

Do you think maybe he's that extra special kind of crazy that is completely delusional and thinks everyone in the world will see nothing odd about his "swinging," criminal activity, etc. I think he is definitely that kind of crazy. OR he cares more about not going to prison at all so he will convince himself he can get out of it. I'm not just saying that because I want to see/find out all the evidence. I'm also hoping he's like that so they can charge him with 1st degree. Do they still have Old Sparky down there?

As of 2000, it's now lethal injection. However, one can request Old Sparky. And in 1999 an inmate did just that.

With the impending DCF paperwork to serve Mark and the upcoming arraignment of both Mark and Jimmy Ray- shouldn't they be releasing a windfall of discovery?

In the interim I have been reading old threads (I came to this case late) and relistening to interviews- in BS's second interview she mentions how generous Mark ( and Teresa) were and how the girls raised $2,500.00 for OMH. Anyway she mentions at the last Gala Mark spent $500 on items! The suit and painting?

Speaking of 1st degree, isn't his arraignment in a few days? March 28? Doesn't the GJ have to do their thing before he is charged with 1st degree? Sorry for the million questions (ok.. just 3) but it just dawned on me that March 28 is in less than a week.

Ticks me off too. Memories of the Menendez brothers (killed both parents)... some dumbass juror, wanting to go easy on 'em, said post trial, "but these boys lost their mother". Yeah, right... one of them shot her face off. It is scary when you think about results of jury selection. We have a family member (my husband's ex) who sat on a murder trial here in Ky many years ago.... juror sitting right next to her slept thru most the trial. She complained 3 times to the judge but nothing was ever done (wow, that's justice for ya). All jurors were for GUILTY except The Sleeper.... our ex shot up out of her chair & almost across the table with, "you have no say in this since you slept almost the entire time!!!". But of course The Sleeper could have her say & our ex knew that but she was a tad ticked off. An interesting experience, what goes on with a jury many times.

Lots of witnesses, evidence, etc so I don't think the 'daddy' thing will fly. JMO but all my fingers & toes are crossed anyway. I still worry about a 'technicality' but I'm a worrier.

THOUGHT: lots of "stuff" here for reality shows, nothing on TV surprises me anymore
