FELICITYLEMON....Perish the thought! No apologies needed...I want you to keep getting excited by the things you find and share them with the forum. Have you seen anymore IRS/extensions/payment plans info come up, yet? I pretty much have figured out how he was planning to proceed on that issue....
Internet search patterns usually give an indication of "plotting/planning." Did he start looking at "expensive items" on the internet? Was he dropping by expensive car lots? Looking at beach front homes, etc...?

Reading texts between Mark & a FEMALE, start Bates 37194-37252 (59 pages), page 42/Bates 37235 (section 33) thru page 59/Bates 37252 then continues in next PDF Bates 37253-37308, page 1/Bates 37253 thru page 42/Bates 37294 end.

NOTE: this re-enforces his disrespect for his wife, marriage and in the end, his family unit. Proof of MS messing with other women backs up the fact that all wasn't hunky-dory at Little House on the Prairie... as MS tried to portray in texts, etc.

Curious, I looked on MS FB. Also found FEMALE on FB. There were 3 dates in 3 different yrs on FB---only 1 FB date/comment matched up with text on same date AND was in the same temperment. Texts only go back to 2013, 1 FB date was in 2012. You could say this FEMALE & TS were aquatinted by a couple of this her comments OR this girl only 'knew' TS thru communicating with MS. She makes a statement in the texts that sounds like she knows TS... then again I doubt? Comments on FB are compliments.

FaceBook--MS..... Photos, Mobile uploads, 4th pic over w/ TS & MS, 3/24/2012, at a wedding, FEMALE comment is 3rd down, MS thanks her in last/7th comment.

FaceBook--FEMALE... this FB entry matches text on 2/16/15, she has a quote posted she pasted there, "sometimes, the things we can't change----end up changing us", AND Mr All-Caring himself comments on that same date, "very true" Look for this text in Bates 37253-37308 on page 40/Bates 37292.

Anyone.... ??? is this the FEMALE who MS went to the beach with, taking the kids after family meeting at Bonnie's place where MS told his friend (who informed LE tons later) how they just told the kids what happened, and also Orlando on another occasion?

In earlier texts it seems MS paid legal fees for this FEMALE which were later refunded, $1500 in 2/$750 payments, a pleading packet is mentioned. Racey texts off & on, then lots of 'darlin' comments from MS. TS is implicated here WHICH MS has probably 'programmed' into his 'Life With the Sievers' movie script for the Hallmark Channel. A shame these women are being exposed like this BUT.... you must also consider just WHO they were willingly interacting with, the nature of what they were doing with MS and HOW.

Whoa! I wonder if BS is still a beneficiary? I'm sure those payments weren't kept up. Thinking of it now, I could see benefits going to BS in the event both MS and TS died. Maybe in his will he indicated BS to become guardian and that would be a way to get money "right away" to provide for the girls..? Then say TS had a policy that kept a trust for them later.

All of that is supposition, but it's brings up other "rabbit holes" of thought. Like if the BS policy was kept up, maybe MS should be the one watching his back. In a case with so many bizarre twists one never knows! Okay, going back to my corner now. 

She texts him another 4-5 times over the next several hours (I've noticed that multiple texts in a row seem to be a pattern with her) These are messages of support, offering to watch girls for him if needed. He thanks her in reply. Last texts in this series between them was after 1:00AM on 7/1/2015.

Yes indeed, mom2chloe.... in that 1st Bates batch PDF phone texts, Bates 37194-37252, MS & an office employee are texting about a pay check not being deposited in time, seems this is an on-going experience for this employee so wonder if others had the same problem. start p9/Bates 37202, 12/30/2013 @ 1:52:48 PM... MS dated her (paper) pay check the 31st when she always gets paid the 15th & 30th, this continues w/next text then to 1/2/2014 @ 10:38:10 AM... she says her husband wants to do direct deposit---I guess they must think MS will get their pay checks deposited on time that way. Then p12/Bates 37205, 4/16/2014 @ 5:01:36 AM... same problem & their auto drafts are hitting then again on 4/30/2014. Next, p14/Bates 37207, 5/12/2014 @ 6:15:12 PM... she now requests (I guess going back to) a paper check because she got hit with fees the last time MS direct deposited BUT MS texts it's too late, he already did a direct deposit this time.

It appears MS was bouncing $$ around, putting people off. IIRC this particular employee left OR TS may have let her go at some point, seems if the latter is so it was due to a strain/tenseness between the two---what ever the reason, it may be the strain was due to MS untimely bs with pay checks (unknown to TS), incurring bank fees & at one point a negative acct balance for this employee. SO.... was MS making these other all important life insurance (pie in the sky) payments ?????

May or may not be important, but on 04/02/2015 there is a calendar entry by Mark about setting up an IRS payment plan. Oh yeah it's important! The day prior, there is an entry about scanning and emailing a W2 (doesn't say to whom or why).

In looking in the Bates file 37130-37193 specifically Bates 37138 it shows incoming/outgoing calls to/from MS cell. June 28-July1. Surprisingly it only shows 1 outgoing call in the p.m for day of Jun 29 and it is to TS cell with of course no answer.
MS has a lot of incoming calls, most he didn't answer that we can assume are condolence calls. The only extended calls were initiated by MS on 7/1/15 at 1:15 a.m. with MS probably leaving a voicemail since call was 5 seconds connected. The recipient of that call (LT) called MS back 33 seconds after MS had called. LT and MS talked for 20:15 minutes. Must have been disconnected then LT called MS back in just seconds then talking an additional 38.:39 minutes ending what appears to be the single lengthy (59 min conversation) phone correspondance for MS
LT is a college friend of MS who used to work with CWW.

Thank you for sharing this article Dale. All of us that have been following this case from the beginning know exactly who TL is. You had the initials backwards, but it's easy to do with sooo many people/initials being used in this case.
CWW actually worked FOR the Lifka's company. He was fired CWW because of his drug use.

You have to wonder what entries MS may have made for financial 'cover up' BUT I feel at this point his focus was on sex entries & lovey-dovies toward TS (others too though) to establish what he thought would look like a grounded (w/extra-curriculars) marriage since the public focus would soon be her murder.
