First of all, does anyone here remember the date of the Sievers wedding in 2003?
Can't find the specific text now,
But MS sends TS a message in June saying happy anniversary, she responds with something like she "didn't consider it as one, but whatever." < something similar.
We know that her divorce was final the end of March of 2003 (23th?) so they were NOT married in June. Wasn't it 7-8 months after they met? So maybe Oct. or November 2003. Does anyone here the date? Maybe June is when they met.

Are we allowed to sleuth the ppl mentioned in the documents? I'm asking about the realtor specifically.

I was reading some MS calendar entries today and noticed Day 1 of period then the next day he entered Day 2 period then the next entry was "no pudding for 30 days" Maybe MS had some of the same concerns as your BF

Ha! You threw me at the 30 days. What in the world could that be about?

IMO ~ Mark kept very detailed notes of TS's "cycles." It appears she was very regular as in every 28 days. He notes day 1, and then day 2. Then "no pudding for 30 days"...30-2 = 28.
TS was very much into eating a healthy diet of organic and natural foods.
As most of us women know, the week or so before that time of the month, we crave chocolate and junk food, and lots of it. TS's craving was possibly pudding, which then enabled the whole family to have something they rarely ate. ??
IDK, but it makes sense to me.

More texts to CWW on 05/09/2015 asking whether CWW got whatever it was and to "text first b/c u never know."

However (!), only one text to Teresa on that day and it was to ask her to bring something home (one flexing?) She actually sent a text first that day suggesting a vacation spot for presumably the summer. He never responded except to ask her to bring that thing home "please."

Very sad text. :frown: Unfortunately, we now know the reason he never responded. He was too busy plotting her murder to bother with a vacation they wouldn't be taking.

After my eyes began to cross from his insane bragging about his sexual adventures, I read that as boinkbarb. I instantly thought how callous of him to have her listed that way in his phone. It wasn't until after I read more posts here that I then realized there was no i in the name. :giggle:

Thank you for sharing this article Dale. All of us that have been following this case from the beginning know exactly who TL is. You had the initials backwards, but it's easy to do with sooo many people/initials being used in this case.
CWW actually worked FOR the Lifka's company. He was fired CWW because of his drug use.

WOW...You are MS BOO-TIFUL!! That is an incredible amount of work. It tells me MS "is a planner....even detailed when required" Looks pretty much "business as usual"...but a cursory glance makes me wonder if he wasn't at least "trying to keep up the filing requirements of a business....ie quarterly payroll taxes." The "DATI" name is probably the real estate attorney in Naples. (Weren't they trying to get out of their lease?)

An automatic extension would take the financial heat of him, temporarily.....then tackling an installment agreement. I'm trying to figure out when he made the MAJOR DISCONNECT FROM ALL FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY and began to solely focus on executing his murderous scheme. He is a master of deception, or maybe a person/people just gets so frickin' worn out with his lies. In the eyes of some, his actions were tolerable as long as they got something out of it, too?? (Getting a passive-agressive-sabotaging-cheater out of your life can be difficult when the poor lady was struggling to earn enough money to keep him in the style he wanted.)

So, at least a year and a half before killing her, he had been manipulating phones and texts

1) to make recipients think that TS was sending them (to whom? I can think of a few ideas including potential legal or tax issues?
2) To make fake and backup diary entries that support his sexcapades

3) To show his sex targets that his wife is writing that “it's okay, show her your big _____ daddy” for example?

I'm curious to know just which texts or conversations he'd deleted that were resurrected by LE – has anyone seen any indications in the Bates yet? Would those be marked in some way to let the lawyers (prosecutor specifically) know because THAT would make a difference I'm thinking.

In his interview with Dets he shows “proof” that he and TS were swingers and it was all okay with her. Handy, huh? What a PITA, but if they can resurrect deleted texts, I wonder if they can also determine who sent what to whom beyond the names because <back to the beginning of my post> the names could be easily faked.

BTW I've noticed that references are made to times within texts and calendar entries that suggests that the times listed by the phone are one hour earlier than the correct times. Like MS sets something for "midnight" but the phone time entry is 11 pm, or he says TS called him at 11:48 pm but he logs that info into his creepy phone diary at 10:50 pm, or TS says it's almost 8:00 in a text supposedly sent at 6:55.

MS sent a Christmas letter to a woman (presumably to try and impress her?) halfway through March where he actually wrote about his having been a wrestler in high school. I've typeset a lot of Christmas letters for many people over the decades and not one ever talked about anything other than what happened during the previous year. And we mailed them in early December so they would arrive in time for...Christmas. We didn't mail them in March the following year. :dunno:

Maybe the girls know something isn't right with uncle Mark - I remember as a young girl I would get feelings for people that weren't 'real' or trying to hard to be chummy or even were a little bit creepy even though I couldn't describe to parents why I felt that way. Boy, do I remember. That's assuming he didn't say or do something overly gross in front of them.

MS had no 0bserved company with him when he was at the wedding. was alone the entire time. IMO this was the time frame that all decisions occurred as the 3 main characters were all in attendance

I absolutely agree that MS was there to discuss his plan privately with CWW. I just don't think JR was in on it at that time. MS was still Pi$$ed at losing that parking spot that JR had no problem pulling in to. :smile:

I know they were friends and TL does live in St. Louis, but that's all I can think of.
Midnight would be 11pm in Missouri, maybe TL wouldn't be home until then?

I absolutely agree that MS was there to discuss his plan privately with CWW. I just don't think JR was in on it at that time. MS was still Pi$$ed at losing that parking spot that JR had no problem pulling in to. :smile:
