MS called MP on 6/28 at 6:51 PM - about 4 1/2 hours before the murder. According to this phone data, that was that last time he contacted him.

What about the 6/29 9:30 AM call to MP requesting the wellness check?

What about the call to MP later that morning while he was giving his sworn statement to LE at the scene?

Does MS have another contact entry/number for MP that I've missed? Because this isn't adding up.

Bates #38800 - it appears this page and previous pages are categorizing what email MS uses for different companies.

Very last line -

[email protected]

(MS had to note what email he used for his "sympathy" money <IMO )

He has himself as a contact in his phone with the [email protected] email listed. That contact was last modified in 2014, so he's had that email address for at least a year before the murder.

Craigslist (modified 2/12/2015) - in the notes section he included that same email address with a slash and then a daughter's name.

When was the last contact with MiP? He could have called her first maybe, and she called MP?

I think this is just a case of LE limiting the release of info and/or timing/sequence of info. I recall quite some time ago (maybe like batch 4) posting that MS calls didnt add up. They had released MS phone records for June 29,30 and i vividly remember the release showed MS making one, and only one call on June 29, 2015. That call was like at 6:00 pm. and MS called TS' cell. Well, of course TS didn't answer. On June 29, 2015 a.m is when MS was calling TS at her office and home looking for her, calling BS and MP to do wellness checks. Someone had posted a few months back maybe the timing of released info and how it didnt follow a pattern/sequence was to possibly not make it easy on the defense.

"A murder is an ongoing event until the day of the sentencing, and mourning has to be postponed." This was stated by Dominick Dunne in his 4/8/2008 article published in Vanity Fair (still online at VF, no subscription needed), titled "Justice: A father's account of the trial of his daughter's killer". Mr Dunne became an advocate for various murder victims, writing about those, due to what he & his family suffered during the trial of Dominique Dunne's murderer.

Prayers for TS children, mother & all family & friends.

Remember, when MS was calling "Oma" Charlotte on the way from the airport (after dropping off TS) to have the kids visiting her. Insisting?

This has been bugging me and I couldn't figure out why other than we heard the call he made was late at night according to Oma herself. Didn't she say she was either in bed or on her way to bed? Even allowing for an hour difference in clock setting on the Sievers' phone (anybody ever find out why what was?) that would still only make it 5:ish pm.

How many phones did he have with him on that trip?
One of the phones - it was named RHHC - was given to one of the daughters and in the last batch 37967

Change of topic: what's with these people having their kids awake at midnight so the adults can meet that late for sex? Too weird and not cool for the kidlets. The more I read here, the more I'm thankful my parents were "square" if that's what you call monogamous, moral, rule-making parents with boundaries. Hey, they were still young and fun parents but there were definite boundaries. I can't imagine how creeped out and disturbed we'd (siblings) be if we were being dragged around hours after our bedtime to spend the night at a female friend of Daddy. Ew. Therapy, please. Calling women darling, darlin', baby, momma, etc. Cuh-reepy.

Another change of topic: When MS is mentally evaluated by the court, will they be able to take into account all his writings that have been released so far? I imagine not, I hope so, but I guess it's most likely that the evaluation will be based solely on the one-on-one appointment. That's really a shame, because these texts and diary entries of him - even if lies - are such a wonderful indicator of his character or lack thereof.
:banghead:
I would love to know if any of the Sievers' friends, acquaintances, colleagues or business contacts are saying "I KNEW he was a creep!" Not a peep from anyone that I've seen :(

Maybe he was using his burner phone? I mean, that would have been incredibly stupid, but...

Does anyone here know about cloned phones and can share information? Can LE determine which phone made which calls for example.

I took the copied the information below from this website, but it doesn't answer my questions:
https://www.fcc.gov/consumers/guides/cell-phone-fraud -

What is Cell Phone Cloning Fraud?

Every cell phone is supposed to have a unique factory-set electronic serial number (ESN) and telephone number (MIN). A cloned cell phone is one that has been reprogrammed to transmit the ESN and MIN belonging to another (legitimate) cell phone. Unscrupulous people can obtain valid ESN/MIN combinations by illegally monitoring the radio wave transmissions from the cell phones of legitimate subscribers. After cloning, both the legitimate and the fraudulent cell phones have the same ESN/MIN combination and cellular systems cannot distinguish the cloned cell phone from the legitimate one.

RSMB

The phone contents are timestamped in (UTC-5). That's the same as eastern time, except during daylight savings when it's the same as central time. So timestamps listed during daylight savings (March - November) will show an hour earlier than when the call/text/email/etc. was actually sent or received by MS.

So far all I can find is the same as what you posted---the phones are identical. If LE were to check family members & friends' phones, those people would know the apprx time MS called them although the number, etc would be identical to the legit phone. Of course that's IF he did that. BUT, if so there are programs LE can use to bring up conversations therefore voice recognition would be evident.

Argh. Maybe the only way to tell them apart would be the location of the originating call. Hopefully, if TS was texting someone it would show as from her location - her work or someplace along the road whereas MS using a clone of hers would show he was texting himself from the same location. Someone has got to be working on an anti-clone security feature, I'll keep looking.
