5. tipped exceptionally well **doesn't count, he was trying to impress TS on date night**
6. called woman #3 to check in with her
7. called woman #4 and left nice message
8. put up Christmas tree for his children
9. cleaned the house he messes
10. cleaned the garage he messes
11. donated to March of Dimes
12. cleaned the house he messes
13. cleaned the house he messes
14. helped little girl at park pool
15. called woman #5 to check in with her and child
16. called woman #6 to check in with her and child (imo, he bullied into sex after loaning her money)
17. spoke with male about life
18. no kindness shown today
19. helped his daughters with bracelet sales
20. brought his daughters lunch to the pool
21. rolled a joint for his wife

Not sure if this has already been mentioned. TS was working on a show together with Dr Heilbron (*purple truck*) and Norman Shealy.

The show was Teresa's, it was in development. She interviewed various practitioners in holistic, anti-aging and functional medicine as part of the show. Likely Dr. Heilbron and Dr. Shealy were guest speakers that she interviewed. He purports himself to be a chelation expert from what I can tell. I doubt Teresa was aware of the legal difficulties he ran into prior to her death. But who knows?

941... that's for reporting employee withhold. If that's what his tax liability is from, that's really bad. If he took out the withholding but didn't pay it to the IRS, IRS hates that! And it screws up the employee taxes as well.

Ok. I have a question regarding the taxes.

Now both TS and MS only had 2 kids that they could claim

So did MS ever claim the girls for earned income credit while knowing that Teresa automatically had to claim the girls. Especially since Marks income was somewhat fraudulent.

So did they do separate taxes where he filled first and never told her his plans while keeping his refund to himself?

While also leaving her in a hole
With the irs?

I believe both ms and ts's income would be too high to get the earned income credit. And almost certainly their tax liability filing separate (added together) would be much higher than if they filed MFJ.
