It sickens me that this seems to have turned into a game between Billie and SA, taking turns going on radio shows, accusing the police of being liars, possibly manipulating Clint, etc...

Billie just doesn't display any true urgency to FIND HAILEY to me at all. To me, there is nothing about her that says mother of a missing/endangered child. She seems to only react when people are griping about her not showing up at searches, etc...then she pays a ceremonial visit.

I think she has determined, one way or another, that Hailey is dead and that there is no point in her wrecking the rest of her life over it.
