I'm sorry, but I don;t think anybody cares if this was a violation of their rights to wake them up. I don't think that LE has to answer to anybody when collecting evidence, they can go when and where they want, as long as they have a warrant, I suppose.

That was sarcasm, lol.

What would he hide, that he just couldn't bare [sp?] to throw away?

I would think LE wouldn't want to come out and try and recover a gun while protesters were there. I also wondered if he spouted off about having a gun to Baez, and Baez turned him in?

My vote for post of the day.

Here are some dancing love bananas to show my appreciation to the cops for waiting so our server wouldn't explode.

:Banane59::Banane59: :Banane59::Banane59:

LOL Tricia. How considerate of those cops, for once. I keep peeking at the number of ppl awake on this thread and just can't believe my luck today:crazy: My refresh button is having a rest!!

There is something squirrely and squirmy about the whole George/tire episode, maybe.

For one thing, by the 24th when he insists on going to the Pontiac's trunk and getting the tool, he and Cindy had supposedly not seen Caylee in over a week. Was he suspicious already on the 24th? Is that why he insisted on getting into that trunk? Or was he just suspicious about the gas?

If Caylee had been killed on the 16th and in that trunk, and if it were in the car during the time Casey's cell phone placed her in the airport wooded area, then it should have smelled when he opened it on the 24th. Did it? Did he know that something was up then? Has he been trying to cover for Casey since then?

If it did not smell, does that mean Caylee was buried or stored somewhere, possibly in the backyard and she dug her up after the 24th and then abandoned the car on the 27th? Did she move her more than once?

So, we have George who may have smelled decomp in the trunk and Cindy who washed the clothing found in it. Cindy does a 180 sometime after the 911 "smell" call. Did George tell her about the 24th and that's why she washed the clothes and started yapping about rotten pizza?

Imagine if this is all GA's doing? He gets convicted. He is sentenced to DP. We can then have 2 ex-cops on Death Row, GA and Josh Duckett's father.

Where is this PT pooper? I heard them talk about it on the news too but I have yet to see it. Is it a new car, or is it Cindy's?

The media didn't say it was a Pooper (Neon with flair), I thought it looked like one. I saw it most likely on FOX the day George got his big sign. I believed it was parked in the front yard and he was hooking it up to the trailer.

It was dark colored and may have been a different style but in my bleary eyes I thought PT Loser.

I don't know if they have to have a warrant to search the car. When I was taking my government classes last year, we were learning how there was debate over freely searching a vehicle. Basically, some said that the constitution said that you have to have a warrant to search a place of living. Of course, the US constitution was created before cars and RVs were created so they didn't think people would be living in them.

Or...maybe while Cindy and Casey were swimming, and Caylee didn't because it was too cold, she was "helping grandpa work on the car"? accident, yelling, cover-up? Just brainstorming here.

OMG and to lead the public on this long, oh my gosh, with a bunch of lies and having his daughter arrested, I just can't see it. I guess we will see.

I can't see how LE would find a chock of much value since it's been so long and George has been towing the sign. I guess an outside chance is better than none.

But, according to GA Casey had them in her trunk and he wanted them to rotate CA's tires...that's why he made her open the trunk. Oh, at this point everything smells fishy!

Hmmmm...and just WHY did she have them in her trunk????

:)

I just cannot figure this one out!

I do wonder where he went, tho. He's been laying low the past couple of days.

LE would have to have a very good reason to come out at the time of night they did. It would almost seem as if whatever they took was something they just now found out about. And they would have to have a search warrant. The search warrant would have to name whatever it was they were looking for. JMHO

Can somebody tell me or give me that link for LE press release type of site, pretty please:heart:

Nope - most folks probably carry a jack and a tire iron. That's what you need for roadside emergencies. Engaging the p.brake is fine for flats.

Re: guns - I doubt that's what is in the bag (seriously? an ex-LE chap would stash a gun in his car?) - but yes, there are tons of modern handguns that are crazy-light, no heavier than a cell phone.

My uncle is retired LE.. He keeps his gun in his locked glove box.

I sincerely doubt Baez would turn anybody in.

I was wondering before if maybe this "anonymous donor" that put up the money for the As with them signing a promisory note could be none other than JB?

Would that be like a conflict of interest if found out, could he be disbarred?

GA has had issues w/ gambling and anger, ... What else?

Sadly there is a lot I can't see ZooMomolgy.... mainly, how can one not show any public emotion for poor little Caylee who has not been seen in over 2 months?

Have you seen any crying and pleading from Caylee's mother? Maybe some from her grandmother and outburst from her grandfather, but sadly I can't put it in the back of mind that they all know what happened and where she is, hence not wanting the search for a dead Caylee (so sad to type) but to keep the hype up so that way it takes longer to get the conviction etc.

What if ... Casey did break, talked to detectives w/ more "beleivable" details in the past day or so?

Okay not likely ... but something smells fishey here.

Do you think hubby and wife are going at it now and he's talking real fast?
