3:45 am cops search georges trunk

I think it must have been something that LE just found out about otherwise they would have retrived it long ago. Maybe Cindy or Casey put something in George's trunk to hide it. I don't think it is anything to do with a car like the wedges. I can't imagine what LE would want those for. I think something was hidden there by someone in order to protect Casey. Isn't that what this whole thing is all about...protecting Casey? I've never seen anything like it!

I could have slapped Cindy when she was putting Tim Miller and Co down. They do such great work and give so much of themselves. I felt bad for Tim. I don't think he has ever been critized like that before. I wouldn't have blamed him if they did pull out and go help some family that wants them there. Heaven knows there are enough people that need their help. Tim is quite a person though and will stay though and try and find Caylee for the sake of the community. He made his reason for staying very clear. To hell with Cindy! If she thinks Caylee is in one of three states then maybe she should hop on her broom and go search there. She is something else.

I hope that Tim and Co and the volunteers can find Caylee so that Casey can be arrested for murder and put where she belongs. If the parents have known, all of this time, that Casey murdered Caylee and they have been covering for her then the should be charged too.

I just had a horrid thought. What if they found Caylee, and they can tell she was shot basaed on holes in her bones, and they want george's gun to check if the bullet was from that gun?

I am probably just tired and deluded, but could this be it? I have been up 2 days now. I work nights and when I can get on here, I cannot leave here cause of ya'all, LOL. I have to go sleep now. HOpefully we will know soon. All this waiting is killing me.

MY speculation as to what is it - the tire wedge. Remember George saying he went into the car to get the tire wedge and found the gas cans. I have been suspicious the entire time since he said that, as to wether he found more than just gas cans. If caylee's body has been in that car with the tire wedge in the trunk, then it should show something - the chloroform or decomp residue.

Maybe the tire wedge story was a RUSE after the fact? Maybe GA had a reason (smell?) to check Casey's car and maybe he found something then. I never bought that little Ms. Casey would have the wedge in her trunk when they have a garage there and it wasn't her wedge. Ya think Casey changes her own tires? Everything in it's place is the motto at the Anthony house with all of their sheds and the cleanliness (in my opinion).

I wonder why the search warrant was not for the entire vehicle? LE must still have a "hunch" otherwise I would think in a case of this magnitude the judge would approve a seizure of the truck for the search. Who knows. Maybe GA gave permission for them to search?

Well, in my new delusional theory, they find Caylee's body, she has been shot and they can tell by a bullet holes in bone, so they want to see if George's service revolve matches the bullet hole. They go and ask him if he has a service revolver, he says yes, it's in his trunk. They tell him they have a search warratn to collect this service revolver, he leads them to the trunk where he keeps it to keep people in the house safe.

Plausible anybody?

The culprit is still Casey. Somehow she got the gun and shot Caylee? I would imagine they would have blood evidence?

DH thought I was nuts, because watching this last night, I growled at the tv, "Your cars? Really? Your cars? Most people would give their LIFE to go find their Grand Baby!"

Perhaps George had a wee bit of a mental slip if the car was the first thing he'd consider giving up?

I just LOVE waking up to breaking news like this. It makes my coffee taste better.

I noticed the cam was off all night. The first thing I thought was that LE had them turn it off for this. Maybe that's something to be watching for from now on.

I have no idea what they got or how they knew to look there. Interesting to say the least. It looks like Georgy Porgy might be implicated for something.

Got to point out though...sleeping through the day, up all night, you stay away from those pesky UV Rays, heat....its nice and quiet.

If the trunk was saturated with chloroform when they retrieved it (remember it was left the 27th)items in the trunk I would imagine would be too. If George took the wedges out of Casey's car on the 24th and it had evidence of chloroform on it then something would have been likely to have happened before that date. If it doesn't, then something would have likely happened between the 24th-27th. Also, if it has evidence of chloroform, and we know Casey had possession of the car then (the 24th)LE can directly link her with the car. Make sense? Remember she didn't have possession of it after the 27th. They want to be sure they can directly link her with possession of the vehicle too.

If there truly was a wedge, and GA's story credible, LE would want to find the wedge and test it to see if it has traces of chloroform or decomp. Then it would tie down the timeline better.

Maybe they are confiscating a hand gun. KC isn't allowed to have guns around. I cannot imagine that GA would be so stupid as to hide evidence in his tire well. The only thing that should be in that well, is the freakin' tire! But nooo... I'm so glad you all caught this on the OS.

Maybe they got a tip that CASEY was seen putting something in the wheel well.

I am not holding my breath that anything they found in George's car is going to get us that close today though. Test results take time.

But maybe LE will do something else wildly creative in the wee hours tonight, too?
