that is going to be an interesting question for the judge. George probably did move the gun to his car to get it 'out of the house' - but would that still violate her conditions of home confinement? When he is away in the car, there is no gun, when he is home, there is. I think it all depends on the actual wording of the conditions.

Ceeker - thanks - the first bear picture - the one on the far left - the blurry one - where did that picture originate from?

Would George be that stupid to leave the gun in his car or even on the property? That just doesn't make sense to me..he knows the rules to the game with Casey being out on bail.

Is this it??

Heh I think someone is confused. The post that Poco is asking you to compare yours to is the same stuffed animal. I just turned it upside down to make it look like how it would look with that lady holding it. It's the same picture sorry if someone thought it was more.

Oh I hope they did find a gun and she goes right back to the slammer!

  • #965
Is she goes back to jail George Anthony is a hero! :)

Why after all this time has there been very little reported about this? Does anyone have any updated info?

  • #967
Why do u say that? Not disagreeing just wondering.

Because whatever is in the bag isn't heavy enough to make the bottom bulge. A gun would be heavy enough that the bottom of that flimsy paper bag wouldn't be flat.

Maybe he is getting sick of Casey and put the gun there then tipped the police so she would go back to jail and they could have some peace again.

Yes, to what you are saying....
Maybe no gun within 150 ft. ? what do I know............

WFTV is reporting that "sources close to the investigation" are reporting they retrieved a gun from the trunk and that violates her condition of home confinement(?) and is up to a judge to decide. Casey may go back to jail today.

Told my sister this a.m. that it was a gun. Our dad is retired LE and I just knew his weapon was SOMEWHERE on that property. Very doubtful imho he will be without one nearby for the rest of his life.

sorry, no link yet.
Thanks for the additional info. I've been searching. Is there a link for that?

I still haven't figured out why they merged them back...but I guess I did forget to put #2 on it! (Still cannot find a moderator on either! Weird!)

LOL! I think we're allll a little OCD here on Websleuths and I'm sure someone was just trying to efficient!!

SS, what do you mean?

Weird. I guess we are going to have a hundred page thread. ???? (Sorry...thought I was being helpful! Won't do it anymore!) ? Lost on this...
I meant I started a new thread on this subject and a mod decided we didn't need one so merged it back. Odd. :waitasec: Then I remembered that I had forgotten to put a #2 on it as I had changed the title to make it a lot easier to find later.

I wonder if somehow Casey hid something in his trunk while she has been home in order to set him up or even just to hide something..
She seems capable of it..

JMO but if that lady was holding THE blackjack or any evidence - she WOULD have gloves on, period!!!!

LOTS of people have blackjack, or blackjack type phones.

That's not a pistol/gun in the bag, obviously.

I actually have several guns and love to shoot (my brother used to be a state LE and I got into guns then) I think that could easily be a small caliber hand gun. I have one that is light enough to fit in a bag and not cause the bottom to bulge. I'll go try it in a minute.

Thanks for the clarification. Now I'm convinced that it's the bear. That red spot is his nose.

A question....

IF LE does take George's gun, would they check to see if there are any missing bullets? I don't know much about guns, so please forgive my ignorance but, would the gun be loaded? Does George have to account for all the bullets?

I agree SS..I was on the new thread you posted , following and posting and now my posts have fanished..hmmm..
I'd start a new thread if I knew how. This one is mighty long. Has there been a problem?
