They also claim they failed to go through evidence including the trash can that was in the room where Kaylee was stabbed.
She was discovered sitting up against the wall, they said.
I do not believe the FBI forensics team 'failed to go through evidence' ... I think anything that was turned over to them had already been looked at.
The parents also said they are yet to receive a digital copy of her phone records - something they have been asking for for over a year.
Maybe the Prosecution doesn't really want the family to have the digital phone logs? They want to keep things close to the vest and the family seems to be doing a lot of public interviews about the facts of the case.
Why are they even 'fighting' with the people trying to solve the case? What an odd analogy.'We are just left in limbo... it's like you're fighting with somebody who just doesn't care,' Steve said of the police investigation.
I did not 'appear' to have been searched? That doesn't mean it wasn't. I'm sure they looked for a weapon if nothing else.Kristi said the trash can that was turned over to them was full and did not appear to have been searched.
It annoys me the way they are going after the people trying to find justice for their daughter.'We opened it, there was like a squeezy apple sauce thing that you would give a toddler. It did not appear to have been gone through.'
