RaffertyLFP: Court commencing.

Justice Heeney in the courtroom. Court has started.

RaffertyLFP: Starting with victim impact statements once a technical issue is sorted out. Court adjourned briefly.

Rafferty looks extremely worn today sitting in the prisoners box.

Michael #Rafferty has been fairly motionless through much of the trial. Shows very little emotion. Looks around almost with purpose.

Rafferty court started but stopped almost immediately. Court reporter equipment isn't working.
