Hey riff-Raf, how'd you go from roller-eyes to "truly sorry" in the last day or so, when you sure weren't anything remotely closes to sorry for the last 3 years.

Doesn't cut it bucko !!

This concurrent sentencing really irks me. It's like an "all you can eat buffet" for criminals. "In for a penny, in for a pound." Certainly not a deterrent. Sentences should be consecutive!

I don't think 'I am truly sorry about kidnapping, raping, and killing your daughter' quite rises to the occasion.

He is done. Rafferty will be on the sex offender registry, and submit a DNA sample.

That would imply there is a day he could be outside of the prison? unreal
