I wonder if photo regression to high school age would be the most productive. Someone is bound to recognize him from high school or early college days. It seems this would target a larger base of people than simply family/friends/associates.

I think that's an excellent idea. This has been done for Anna Waters as well (age progression to high school age). Many people have photographs taken of themselves in high school for yearbooks, graduation, etc. People around that age can check their yearbooks for a match, or sometimes copies of yearbooks can be found at local libraries, etc.

Not for general consumption, but I think he may have looked something like this when he was younger.

Looks like a heatbreaker to me! I bet there are more than a few ladies who might recognize "Young Benjaman" from school.;)

I could probably photoshop 5 or 10 years off of him (I'm a photographer, and I have to do that to moms all the time... lol) but I'm not sure it would help.

It will be interesting to see. Especially if you could take ten years or so from him. I would love to see it.

Show me the biggest and most clear picture of him we have. In fact, if anyone is able to get a full resolution one from one of the articles, that'd be even better!

I remembered the other day that I have a few acquaintances in Colorado. My parents' neighbor's brother and niece (whose husband is in a band there), and also a cousin of mine who has lived there for a while. I know we talked about sending out emails to friends, and that some might regard it as another hoax or chain email, but I sent a message about Benjaman out just to these people in Colorado. I made sure to mention that this was real and that I had been in contact with his nurse. Hopefully they can get the word out to their friends in the area.

I had looked at Bill Beck a while ago because of his connection to cooking, but thought that both the Army stint and the sounds of a lack of formal education made him less of a chance. What do you guys think-is it possible for Mr. Kyle to adopt a very different persona once the amnesia set in?

I think that Mr. Kyle's knowledge and appearance of having been educated is truly from past experiences. I don't think he developed a new persona in that way, because it would have required that he become educated. These are just my thoughts on this, though.

Before I was able to read any articles on Mr. Kyle (I have the slowest connection possible at 4kb/sec, so I sometimes wait until I go to StarBucks for high speed to go to some sites;).), I had the impression that he was intelligent and educated. It seemed evident in the way in which he spoke and in the words he used.

If I recall correctly, I read direct a few of his direct quotes from posts on his ws threads. Later after accessing articles about him, I learned that others had similar opinions. I think this was who he was in the past, and that this aspect of him was not affected by his amnesia. Again, these are only my thoughts on this.

Nothing yet.

:(

Hopefully, someone will respond due to the article in the National Enquirer or from other efforts that have been and will be made.

Is there anything more we could be doing to help out? I'd be glad to help out in whatever way that I can.

I hope there is some response. I received a message on MySpace from someone from Colorado...she said she was sending out the info to everyone she knows in Colorado. I hope that will help generate some interest.

I really wish the article would have put a better head shot pic of him all the pics they included were all profile shots or far way You would think if they were interested in finding out who he really is they would have include a nice size close up shot of his entire face.

Hey everyone! Update:

We are working on getting Mr. Kyle's DNA in CODIS. I was hoping to talk with LE today to get it set up but things are a bit crazy with the holidays this week...may have to hit this 1st of next week.

Nothing much more to tell right now.

Please keep them in your prayers over the holidays!

Tomorrow I will be thinking how thankful I am to have all my friends here at WS!
