yes, the eye color needs to be checked further.
i really feel strongly about the resembalance though.

okay guys, i checked and my person isn't benjaman kyle, the nashville police have roger ray liles's fingerprints on file. the person i talked to felt that if a fbi agent was the contact for benjaman, then the fbi would have his fingerprints and would have ran them throught the database. the guy in nashville that i spoke with was very nice.

I am with you LaWanda, I think this one of the closest pictures I have seen. I think he would be too young, but then again, I have no idea how being mugged and left for dead might age a person.

OOPS- I have been behind the 8 ball on this one...this one intrigues me although BK's nose is a little more refined....RK, my friend and incredible talent, is there a chance we could get a side by side of Mr. Bovit and BK?

I agree this is the closest so far I have seen from first glance......

Although this link says that his blood was found on his mattress, passenger side of car, and in trunk, and it was confirmed to be his blood by DNA.

Who knows we have heard stranger things when someone wants to disappear or they are confused.

I am gonna compare them closer, in photoshop real quick.

Would that not be amazing if it was though....Anyone know if Russ's DNA is in the database.

According to Doe Network, he had a cyst removed on his spine, and had bleeding warts or something on his hand....Could that match up with any of BK's Scars

Mr. Bovit would be 52 yrs old now, turning 53 this year....

Wow - the eyes, chin and hairline are right on. But the nose just doesn't match up IMO. Is it possible that Benjamin's nose has its current shape due to a break? How drastically could a nose change after being broken?

ETA - does anyone know if it's possible to tell - medically - if a nose has been broken? I don't believe it would be the same as identifying a healed bone fracture. But I'm no doctor!

we have gone back and forth about whether or not his nose was broken, as it's shape is so distinctive. BK and I have been communicating back and forth for the last few months, and one of the things he is going to check on when time allows is what his medical records state from when he arrived in the ER 2004. Hopefully it will give us a little more info on what his injuries actually were...

I emailed the detective in charge of Mr. Bovit's case to see if the spinal surgery was actually on the base of Mr. B's spine- BK had some cervical spinal surgery, as well as skin grafts on his hands so this could be really exciting!!! I wanted to check and see if Mr. Bovit has any fingerprints on file as well, since BK's were run by the FBI....


I will post what I receive-great work sleuthers!!!!!!

Thank you believe!!! This is exciting. Did I read correctly that Mr. Bovit has just recently been reported as missing? Wow - been a long time! Looking so forward to hearing what you find out!!!

Great job dimples! But seeing them side-by-side, now I have my doubts. BK's eyes are set closer and I just don't feel the differences in the nose could have resulted from a break. What do you think?

I like these pictures. This is exciting! The eyebrows and shape of the chin is very similar. So is the receding hairline. And then with the medical stuff...... I have my fingers crossed!

yes, as my previous post, benjaman's case has haunted me for a while...so exciting to prove a "living" idenity. i think that he could be mr bovit, his eyebrows "scrunched' but that could be age lines.....wish the best of luck on this lead !

I just wanted to add my contribution. The work everybody does here is just amazing. I love to work in Photoshop. So I worked on this tonight. My version of BK age regressed. I hope someone might find it helpful.
