Bruce Whelton went missing nearly 2 years after BK was found - and he was employed as a department manager in a large store so there would be lots of records to check. The last sighting is also very specific of course.
I do see a physical resemblance to a younger BK but Bruce has very different hair.
It is an oddly close match though and probably when BK's true identity is found, he will have a similar story.
