There may be no "smoking gun" in these documents, but just based on the LA interview alone (and I read AL's as well), it just adds more to what I've already thought. This cold-hearted b*tch murdered that beautiful child to punish her mother and went on to pursue her "look at me, I'm a rockstar" life, or my name ain't TraceyLeigh. It is only in her subconcsience (sleep) that she ever even admits to herself what she has done. She is pure evil walking.

Gotta comment on the fact that LA mentions he grabbed a pad of paper and pen to write down some things KC was going to tell him, at that point says a LE walks in. Makes me wonder why he even tells them this? Did it seem strange he was writing a conversation down.


what about R waking up to no Caylee the next morning when she was there when he went to sleep?

Lee was playing detective a little too much, but he was quite candid on the 29th in my opinion.

I don't think it was guilt, I think she was scared because she knew she was caught. She didn't show any remorse at all, imo.

I agree. That would definitely fit into her pattern. People keep trying to figure her out by analyzing what a normal person's reaction would be...but that ain't Casey at all. She was just plain c-a-u-g-h-t!

I'm sorry if this has already been covered...I'm trying to catch up on the first thread....but who wants to bet the "special ring -rap song" was not Mom (CA), but perhaps Ric or another one of her "boy-toys"

You know, I think it could actually have been her mom's number, although I can certianly see casey having a guy or two on the side. But, when I first read that, I felt she wanted to know to go outside sop Tony would not hear her arguing with her mom or making up excuses about where Caylee was. That would have screwed things up for casey especially since she had been telling Tony (or his roommate) sometimes that the child was with CA. "What was that all about? You told us Caylee was with your mom? Why is she asking you where she is and why are you telling her Caylee's with the nanny when you told us Caylee was with your mom? What's going on here?" She wanted to avoid that. Special ring and she knew to go outside.

I really REALLY want to know what TIME the car was towed at Amscot.

I am now wondering if when the car was not stolen as she (possibly) attempted to set it up to be, if she drove by possibly after dropping off Tony and them at the airport and had to remove Caylee at that point from the trunk. Then she cleaned Tony's car and told him about it. (Page 26)

The receipts that Cindy had,she gave to Baez. Lee stated that there were no baby items on the receipts,not even juice much less diapers.

And I don't think there were any baby items among Casey's belongings either. Unless I missed that.

arggggg ... I get so frustrated with these interviews ... whatever happened to the technique of asking open ended questions and letting the person talk? I feel like there were things that would have been said if LE hadn't inserted their own words ... leaving the interviewee to just say "uh huh."

When Lee describes Casey explaining how maybe it's time the police were called on her I got chills. She KNEW at the moment she had done something wrong. Casey did feel some guilt, I know it...just Cindy made her so mad she shoved the guilty feelings away. But I think Lee saw one brief, chilling moment where Casey knew she was in the wrong and maybe even was crying out for help in her way.

The pathological liars I have dealt with are not capable of remorse. They also exhibit amazing similarities to Casey.

Any remorse I have witnessed was faked and nothing more than yet another lie.
I believe it is the same here, in this situation.
